Disappointed

The condo was not clean, very few kitchen items and no grilling utensils if we wanted to grill outside. The water in the showers was scalding hot and the sink wouldn’t drain in the bathroom. We did like the pool, hot tub, and exercise room and the closeness to the trails.

The host was very easy to chat with. However, the listing seems a bit misleading. There is no laundry in the unit. Laundry could be accessed with the same key fob that lets you into the pool area. The fob was not in the unit during our stay. I had specifically only looked at places that advertised laundry. The unit is conveniently located but was not super clean. Would be great for a boys' trip. The baseboards, vents, and fan blades were very dirty and the carpet (bedrooms only) had balls of hair. The unit also had a strong smell when you first walk in. The A/C works very well though! Additionally, though it is a first-floor unit, there is a bit of a walk from the parking spot. May not be best if you are traveling with someone with mobility issues (as I was). I did appreciate that the parking spot was covered.There is some street noise at night but it was not difficult to sleep through. There was no noise from other units.We left some items in the unit and the host kindly worked with us to have them shipped back when I sent a pre-paid FedEx label. That was hugely appreciated.
