You are cordially invited. Wake up to the call of the Loon. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while overlooking the enchanting Emerald Lake. Whether you're into swimming, fishing, kayaking, hiking, ice skating, skiing, or just a tranquil escape from the city life, this is a true 4-season destination. Jump off the oversized dock for a good swim, gaze over the lake during the fall foliage months, or skate on it during the winter months; the possibilities are endless. Pats peak, Sunapee, and Crotched Mts are within 10-30 minutes.
Main floor includes a sitting area with a gas fireplace, dining room and full kitchen, bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 twin bunk bed, and a full bathroom.
Second floor includes a loft with lakeview and chaise for watching tv or reading a book. Master bedroom has queen size bed with master bath that includes separate tub and tiled shower that's also a steam room.
Ground level you will find an entertainment center with 65" 4K tv, pingpong table, and karaoke machine for singing enthusiasts.
