Escape to our vacation home, just 9 minutes from the beach and a mile from several award-winning golf courses! Whether you’re seeking relaxation or adventure, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.
The Space:
• Main Level: 1 queen bedroom with a full bathroom
• Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, including 2 twin XL beds; 4 twin beds and 1 king bed
Community Amenities:
• Enjoy the community pool just a few steps from our back door!
We are close enough to the bustle of Myrtle Beach which is just a short drive away, while centered perfectly in a more quiet, family friendly area of North Myrtle Beach.
Extras Included:
We’ve thought of everything! From boogie boards and extra golf balls to tees and sunscreen – just in case you left something behind.
We have a fully stocked kitchen, complete with anything and everything you may need for cooking or packing a picnic for the beach!
Our home is fully equipped to meet your every need, ensuring a memorable stay. We can’t wait for you to enjoy it as much as we do!

The hosts are from Northern Virginia and Southern Maryland. Katie spent her childhood summers in Myrtle Beach and Little River, and the coastal area has always felt like a second home to their family. With its beaches, welcoming community, and incredible golf courses nearby, it’s the perfect place to relax and recharge. Katie loves hosting and is excited to share her home, along with her love for the ocean and the many local adventures, with guests.

Our property is unique because it was furnished with large families in mind. We comfortably sleep up to 10 guests and are conveniently located near all the area’s best attractions — while keeping prices affordable. For added entertainment, we’ve included a game room featuring a ping pong table and a putting mat, perfect for family fun after a day at the beach or on the golf course.
