2nd Row House - 2 min walk to beach, oversized screened porch and ready for fun

Berner Breezes is a lovely second row home on the East End of Sunset Beach. Enjoy the easy rhythm of island living in this beach home. A combination of wood and earthy tones throughout create a warm and inviting setting. This linen ready home has a well-stocked kitchen with all the pots/pans, dishes, etc. you could possibly need and includes both a Keurig (bring your favorite pods) and a traditional coffee maker. The home includes wi-fi with a large flat screen TV in the family room along with additional televisions in each of the bedrooms. Each TV has a streaming device so you can connect with your favorite apps. Enjoy the sun and sounds of the ocean from either the oversized screened porch or from the large sun deck on the second floor.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor that share a full bath. The second floor has two additional bedrooms as well as two full bathrooms. In addition, the large bonus room is currently utilized as a 5th bedroom. Linens will be provided for all.

Interior amenities include a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 6 color TVs, DVD player, WIFI & ceiling fans. Outside amenities include a charcoal grill, outside shower, fish cleaning station, sun deck and screened porch. Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys are also included.

Please note this home is Non-Smoking and Not Pet Friendly. While we understand the idea of a full family vacation, we ask that you leave Fido and Fluffy at home.

Great 2nd row home on the East end - perfect for my family. All the accomodations that we needed! Lots of bedrooms and nice big kitchen. Host was very responsive.

Fantastic place, stayed with 5 of my friends and family and there was ample room for all of us and our groceries in the kitchen. The porch was a fantastic place to hang out, a lot of us just hung out there during the day. Beach access was just across the street, making going to the beach an easy task. Highly recommend!

We rented this home for a group of men traveling from across the U.S. to enjoy golfing in the area. The home is in an excellent location, and just across the street from the beachfront homes. Easy beach access and wide flat beach for morning walks. The house accommodated five cars easily - and could have allowed us 2 more. Well stocked kitchen. Great high speed internet. Roku TV's throughout. Linen service provided. Host provided us with excellent communications. Was quick to answer any questions we had pre-check in. Check in/out was very efficient. Golfing options in the area were excellent. We played five days at a different course each day. Excellent location for this type of vacation. Surf fishing wasn't the best we've experienced in the past at more northern NC beaches; however, the house is located a short walk to the inlet and we had luck there during high tide - caught one nice redfish. Our vacation was the first full week of October. Highly recommend this home and host.

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything was terrific. Only suggestion for the owner is the first floor bathroom tub has a very slow drain that might need to be addressed

Very nice beach house close to the beach. Property was clean with an accurate listing description. Great place to stay on a quiet coastal island.

Great location & house!

Great trip with large family. Couple of beach umbrellas / tents were broken so not enough shade for our large group but would stay here again for sure!
