Private Gazebo on an Island with boat transportation to/from and meals provided.

Private Gazebo on Island, AVAILABLE ONLY BY WATER. Your Host will pick up and drop off from local marina. Basic meals are included, Bring what you prefer, or your choice to go to local restaurants on river. Firepit, Canoes & Paddle board are also included, or schedule additional activities in advance due to availability, for a truly one-of-a-kind experience.

Sunset Cruise, Manatee Viewing Tour (in season), Scalloping or Fishing Charter Boats are all available at additional cost, from the island dock with advance notice; Message for scheduling and pricing.

While your Hosts live in Main House on this 4 acre site, the Gazebo is totally private, all connected to the dock and main house by boardwalk, with around 350 sq.ft. studio-type, floor plan. Although quieter at nighttime, this is a real working river complete with air boats, crabbers, shrimp boats as well as many recreational boaters. Island is lit at night by string lights but is a true nature lovers dream complete with Cranes, Manatees, Dolphins, Turtles, River Otters, Bald Eagles, Osprey, and Owls.

For boaters, we are very sorry, but we do not have room for additional boats at our dock (due to heavy waves, all boats must use mooring whips), and we only have room for our boats. For this reason, we provide transportation to/from island.
