Girls weekend!

Very nice place!

Very clean, easy check in. Lovely kitchen helped us save on meals. Very nice to have a private bathroom. Downstairs set up is a little quirky but still very nice. Perfect for our birthday celebration.

Family getaway

When we arrived, the property was located in the Arkansas hills with great views of the lake and surrounding area. It’s a great place if you are looking to go downtown or just hang out and enjoy the views from the deck.

Peaceful and serene!

We so enjoyed the house and all that went with it. It was so well stocked and a beautiful place to stay. We were disappointed that we came at a time when we could not enjoy the wonderful decks, but hopefully we will be back and we can enjoy those in better weather! We loved the beautiful kitchen and wished we could have stayed longer and enjoyed it more! Our host was so friendly and helpful!

Beaver Lake Getaway

Beaver Lake getaway

Nice cozy house with great views of Beaver Lake and the surrounding hills. We spent a lot of time out on the deck. Everything was very neat and clean. It was close to the lake and Eureka Springs. We will definitely be back with the family.

Wonderful views and so peaceful...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was so calming to have coffee on the balcony and look at the lake. Our toddler and dogs also enjoyed themselves. Truly recommend this property and may be back ourselves as we loved Eureka Springs!

Family Retreat

Beautiful, well laid out home with plenty of living/dinning space for gatherings. The rooms each had access to patio/deck space. Three bathrooms a definite plus when traveling with 5 teenagers. The kitchen was well equipped with modern appliances. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

2nd time we've been there!

This is our second time staying here. It's a great place with great views! When and if we go back to beaver lake, we will stay here again! Evelyn is very easy to work with and responds quickly to inquiries!

Very nice and peaceful

We really enjoyed our visit on our yearly motorcycle ride to Eureka Springs, the units were very nice and we had plenty of room and like the fact that it is not in town and secluded for peace and relaxation.

Nice rooms with enjoyable outdoor space.

We stayed for 3 nights and we in sever weather first 2 nights. What a show we saw out on the balcony! Have enjoyed Eureka Springs for years. Pleased to have found a new home away from home.

Sister trip

Eureka Springs Getaway

Excellent option for couples or families. This house is a converted real estate office. The renovations are fantastic and there is room for two families while occupying both upstairs and downstairs. The firepit in the evenings and the amazing views of stars with no light pollution only adds to this house. The house is about 15 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs. The property is large, parking is ample, and the appliances are new.

Eureka Springs and Beaver Lake area has been my home since 1972. I truly love the area and can't think of any place I'd rather be. Of course I love to travel but am always glad to come back home to the Ozarks. I have raised my family here and and been in several businesses, but now I am the owner /broker for New Horizon Realty, Inc. and manage 3 vacation rentals as well as long term rentals.
I bought this building in 2010 to open a branch real estate office and did for several years, but have now closed it and added a full kitchen and larger living dining area to the existing rental rooms. It's fantastic!

And with the price of eating out these days you can save hundreds of dollars by making you meals in this brand new and fun kitchen! Just make sure you clean it and leave it they way you found it. The gas stove is a delight to use and also has a griddle:
This location is ideal for those who want to stay near the Beaver Lake or the White River yet be close enough to enjoy the Victorian, story book town of Eureka Springs.

Rent just one room for a comfortable space for 2; rent two rooms to sleep 4, 3 bedrooms to sleep 6 or all 4 bedrooms rooms for parties up to 8. One bedrooms has a daybed with a trundle below that sleeps 2 people.
