Everything was perfect for our stay. Communication -excellent, response time - outstanding, facilities - top notch. Even the minor off season construction projects were clearly communicated and anticipated. The unit is beautifully remodeled, what a pleasant surprise, even though I love the original pictures as well. Unit - location, in our opinion, couldn't be better, mind you we visited in the off season, even though it included a holiday. Peak season you may get a little more hallway / elevator noise, but that would be true anywhere on the grounds. We already can't wait to return (but the unit appears already booked for next winter). We did rent a private parking space to secure our golfcart during our stay, never had to worry about safety. The general garage is so easily accessed as well, getting around is a piece of cake. We did utilize the pool 1 day during our stay and it is very nice. Of the 4 fire bowls in the community area, only 1 works, that's a facilities issue, not anything linked to this unit. Once the new beach access is complete that will be perfect as well. We can't speak to crowds during peak season, but winter was a dream!

Very nice, clean place to stay.

Property was beautiful. Room was fantastic. Views amazing. Included with room were the beach chairs but wasn’t told we still had to go down every morning to request them. Be sure to understand the parking situation and where the luggage carts are located.

Awesome Stay!

The Apartment style condo had absolutely everything that I had at my own home. Very spacious…Mop,broom, Iron, dish cloths, towels, dish detergent, plenty of pots, pans, silverware, cups plates, plasticware, even wine glasses. Washer/Dryer, Plenty of good patio furniture. Awesome cookbook with great recipes. I have visited numerous of condos in different parts of the world, but this one had an overwhelming amount of things you would need Very, Very Clean.

Love PCB ~ Calypso location to everthing is the BEST hands down!!

Perfect unit for a couple or sm family. Right off the elevator making unloading and loading easy. No added elevator noise noticed at all surprisingly. They thoughtfully had a nice starter on soaps(laundry dish and dishwasher) supplied 2 garbage bags and toilet paper and paper towel. Plenty of showering towels and wash cloths. We both slept well on the King size bed . Balcony sunsets were simply Amazing and the newly added firepits were enjoyed many nights. I would stay in this unit again

Great stay!

Our unit was very clean, updated with new tile flooring, and spacious. Everything was as advertised and we were surprised with early arrival available the day of our arrival, which was great because we were in town a little bit prior to 4pm check in. Check out was super easy. Jenny and her crew are so easy to get in touch with, provide very clear information and I can’t describe how amazing it is to be able to talk with a human if you need one. The Calypso property is well maintained and perfect for our family’s needs. The beach is close, the provided chairs and umbrellas were a HUGE plus, the pools are nice, the parking garage and walkway is so helpful in the Florida heat, and security is evident without being overbearing. It’s an easy walk to Pier Park from this property. I highly recommend this unit, and this company, for a stay in Panama City Beach.

AMAZING

No complaints here! The condo is right beside the elevator. I was a little apprehensive at first, but there wasn’t any noise problems at all. When you walk in the amazing view is absolutely beautiful! Everything was so clean. The bed was so comfortable! Would definitely recommend and stay here again! The owners were helpful and responsive quickly to any questions!

Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures for a wonderful vacation

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The sunsets every night were magnificent from the balcony and beach. Also I would highly recommend the sunset cruise from Island Time sailing. Working with Premium Beach Condos was a complete pleasure. All questions and emails were answered right away. I will never book with anyone else at this location.

Just what we expected!

We had a great time and the condo was perfect for our family of 3. We couldn’t have asked for a better place with great rates for a week! Walking distance to so many places. No problems with the condo and the bed was so comfortable!

Customer service was sub-par with air conditioning issues

Upon arrival, we were greeted by sweltering heat—the air conditioning system refused to cooperate. Despite our efforts to follow every instruction based on instructions posted next to the thermostat, the unit remained unresponsive. Our call to the number listed on the instructions met voicemail saying they were not available to assist. Our persistence then led to multiple phone calls to the management company— with the first call going to voicemail. I followed up with a text message and received a text to call yet a different telephone number. The saga continued with seven system restarts, each performed with the unqualified guidance of the management company. Eventually it was decided that the door sensors were the cause. Thankfully a neighboring condo owner arrived and removed from the sensors. The air conditioner was able to begin cooling the condo. We entered the condo at 4:40pm and finally at 9:53pm I notified the condo management that the condo was cooling off to an acceptable temperature. The management’s hesitation to escalate the issue to a professional technician added a layer of frustration to our already heavy hearts. We arrived on Sunday and finally on Thursday at 3:50 pm, a mere day before departure the management company offered an additional night’s stay, or a measly $100 refund as a gesture of goodwill. The emotional weight of this experience was profound, casting a shadow over a vacation that had been meticulously planned with hope and excitement.

Girls Getaway

The condo is exactly like the pics. Owners are great, any issue they are quick to respond. Only issue is Calypso does not have enough luggage carts for that big of place. We had to go back to condo, get our suitcases to bring groceries in.

PCB Calypso Condo

The condo was as advertised and there were no surprises other than the Tiki bar was closed for a few days because of concrete work on the pool at the West condo. It was opened up at mid week. This was not a huge inconvenience. The unit was very nice, the pool area was nice. They also had beach chairs reserved for us every day at no cost. We really enjoyed our stay.

Adult Spring Break

We have stayed at Calypso approximately 20 years and love it! The experience is always pleasant! The only thing that should be changed is the check out from the parking structure. For 2 years in a row now, our pass has expired at midnight on the day we leave and we don’t need to be out of the condo until 10am. It has always required the guard to let us out. Perhaps it should be changed to noon on the departure date instead of midnight. The condo was clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. Pier Park is close for restaurants and shopping. Our stay was enjoyable!
