Great place to stay

We stayed here for FL Ironman and we couldn’t have found a better location. The condo was perfect for us the view was amazing and walking distance to the pier and pier park. We had a great time!

Girls Trip

Location was perfect. We had a great week and the condo was exactly as shown. Only suggestion would be upgrade the mattresses and the living room furniture as they are worn.

Sun and Sand

Pros and Cons: The condo was very well decorated and stocked with plenty of linens. The unit was in a great location. This is one of our favorite properties to stay at in Panama City! The cons were that the master bedroom needs a new mattress. I didn’t rest good the entire week due to it being broken down. The night before we left the kitchen sink stopped up, and I immediately called maintenance. I didn’t get a returned call, therefore I called back and actually spoke with someone. They didn’t fix it that night, but waited until we checked out the following day.

Great spot for family of 4!

Clean and spacious! Hosts left us a $100 gift card for start up supplies! The teens loved the close proximity of Pier Park with tons of things to do. The washing machine broke down and they had it fixed same day with quick response. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Place

We loved the unit, very spacious with cleverly built in bunks. And the location couldn’t be beat! We didn’t have to drive anywhere for entertainment if we didn’t want to. We’d definitely stay here again!

Family vacation trip

We enjoyed our stay at your property, it was relaxing and the best beautiful beach right in front with the best view. We were on the 3rd floor and felt like we had VIP parking space. Loved it!!!

Overall great. There were a few small issues ,such as broken remote for tv and towel ring fell off the wall and balcony door hard to slide. Still a nice room in a great location.

Nice place, good location, crappy hot water

We enjoyed the condo and the location it was at. It was a very nice and cozy place. The only downside we had was there was only lukewarm water in the shower. Any colder it would be a cold shower. We called someone several times and was told someone would come out to fix it , but no one ever did. You hope for a nice relaxing shower at the end of the day, but we were never able to get that our entire week stay.

Perfect location

Overall, very pleased. Amazing views and perfect location. Your really don't need a car as everything is walkable. The unit was fully stocked with everything you need. Cons: Unit is a little tired looking. It was not very clean either. The bedroom is at the rear of the unit and right off the main walkway. You hear everything at all hours.

The location of this condo was GREAT!!! Close to everything we wanted to do. The room was very clean and the view was even better. We will be back to this condo. The beach chairs and umbrella were included which was nice also. Parking was great it being on the same floor as the room.. Thank you!

Nice unit with expected wear and tear.

Overall great property and would stay again. Wonderful view and location and the pool(s) were so nice to be in, you still feel like you’re sitting on the beach while enjoying swimming in non-salt water. Minor flaws with the property like broken remote, door handle, small amounts of scuffing/dust on some of the walls but overall felt clean and comfortable. We had 5 guests and everyone was fairly comfortable although if you’re a sensitive sleeper maybe save the bunks and pull out for kids/teens. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Awesome management group

This property has an awesome management group. We had a small issue before heading down but the group was already working on fixing the issue. Unfortunately it was not able to fixed quickly. But the group was quick to work with us and made the stay worth it. Even the owner reached out at one point. Great room, great location. No need to worry about elevators, and the room comes with chairs. Easily one of our favorite places we have stayed in PCB.

Overall wonderful Experience, very relaxing.

Everything was overall wonderful during our stay. The rooms were very clean and the decor provided a great ambience. The only suggestion I would make would be to provide more cookware, towels, and toiletries to the condo. We did not have a mixer, baking sheet, individual measuring utensils, etc... making it difficult to cook for the family during our stay. Minimal toiletries were also provided, including a total of 4 large towels per bathroom, which resulted in frequent laundry washes for the week. Just small suggestions, but to some it could make a world of difference for larger families.

We received a text saying the room was ready early. We got to the room around 3:45 and the room was not touched. The cleaning lady walked in and said we weren’t supposed to be there until the next day. We had to wait for her to clean so we didn’t get into the room until almost 4:45. That was very aggravating! After we did get settled everything was nice and we had a good time.

Ac vent not working on master bedroom and bathroom hot in bedrooms no matter what ac temperature is set on kitchen need more supplies and master bedroom had no Netflix available like to watch tv at night laying down other than those things it was nice

Nice views, way too loud for us

The bedroom is in the back, facing the street. The unit is on the 3rd floor, same as the way to the parking deck. Loud noise all throughout the day and night, people coming and going from the condo and cars squeally and honking horns as they are crusing. That usually stopped at 2am but the other guests was constant. Also had a leaking toliet. Not sure uf they ever came and fixed it, but the issue remained. The chairs at the pool are very old. Would not want to stay here again. Appliances (dish washer and laudry) all very old and loud.

The condo was great, don’t ask to stay an extra night

It was clean and comfortable and had an amazing view! The calypso was nice and had someone in the lobby 24/7 which was great to have access to. My only complaint comes from Best Neach Getaway. We tried to stay an extra night -bc we were having a great time and loved the place. We had tried to contact them the day before to book. It was clearly available but couldn’t get a response the day before checkout. When we did get someone on the phone the day of check out, she initially says “yes this unit is available. We can book” then comes back and says we can’t do same day booking…I ask to speak to someone in charge bc I’m just not understanding why nobody wants to take my money for an extra night and end up on the phone w Mark-who they say is some sort of manager. I go to introduce myself and the situation and he cuts me off and says “ yea I know we can’t do it” I then try to ask why and explain I am wanting to pay but he cuts me off again and tells me “no I don’t have to listen to this, I’m not going to argue” he was very rude and clearly not interested in any customer service at all. He also hung up on me as I was trying to ask him a question regarding how could I have gotten an extra night added. Apparently he doesn’t want to make money for this company. But we truly did enjoy our stay and will be coming back. Just maybe without talking to Mark…
