We stayed celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary.. this place is such a good location. We walked to lunch and dinner .. there’s a little place to eat breakfast/lunch coffee and ice cream in the newer calypso building on the other side of the street. The beach chairs included were an additional plus . The beach was clean .. the bar at the pool was great 
 we had a very nice experience . The air conditioning did stop working on one day the maintenance people acted fast and got it fixed in a timely manner

Great place to stay

We stayed here for FL Ironman and we couldn’t have found a better location. The condo was perfect for us the view was amazing and walking distance to the pier and pier park. We had a great time!

Girls Trip

Location was perfect. We had a great week and the condo was exactly as shown. Only suggestion would be upgrade the mattresses and the living room furniture as they are worn.

Perfect Place

We loved the unit, very spacious with cleverly built in bunks. And the location couldn’t be beat! We didn’t have to drive anywhere for entertainment if we didn’t want to. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great spot for family of 4!

Clean and spacious! Hosts left us a $100 gift card for start up supplies! The teens loved the close proximity of Pier Park with tons of things to do. The washing machine broke down and they had it fixed same day with quick response. We would definitely stay here again!

Just finished 7 days with my family of 3. Condo was nice and clean except the sofa chair was full of sand. Plenty of towels and starter toiletries. Great location to Pier Park and tons of restaurants and shopping. Beachfront! 3rd level was perfect for the parking garage bridge and quick access to stairs cause the elevator was a nightmare. Needs for Tupperware other than that would definitely stay there again. As far as beach wasn’t thrilled with the fact they allow the tents to cover the front of the beach and paying customers are behind them. Blocks your view and hard to get around them to go to the water.Other than that great week in Panama City

Family vacation trip

We enjoyed our stay at your property, it was relaxing and the best beautiful beach right in front with the best view. We were on the 3rd floor and felt like we had VIP parking space. Loved it!!!

Great Place

Nice property. Great location. Loved the lower level floor as at this resort some days the elevator was pretty busy. Clean, great place. Only major issue was that some of the check in information kept going to my spam email filters and it was a little nerve racking to get those resent but the company helped me get the information the day of check in.

Beach Stay

Overall great. There were a few small issues ,such as broken remote for tv and towel ring fell off the wall and balcony door hard to slide. Still a nice room in a great location.

It was perfect for us.

We are already thinking about going back! It was clean, comfortable, perfect floor, the location couldn't be better, the had everything inside that we could have needed. We have zero complain at all just one little thing and its we couldn't use the good pool on the tower in the back which is the perfect pool for kids compared to the other two pools by the beach.

Great Condo!

This is a very nice condo! Perfect for a family of 4 or 5! Nice, clean, and on the perfect floor! Great view! We took the stairs most of the time because is was quick and easy access to the beach! We had the most beautiful weather and a great, relaxing time! Thanks for sharing you condo with us!

The location of this condo was GREAT!!! Close to everything we wanted to do. The room was very clean and the view was even better. We will be back to this condo. The beach chairs and umbrella were included which was nice also. Parking was great it being on the same floor as the room.. Thank you!

Nice unit with expected wear and tear.

Overall great property and would stay again. Wonderful view and location and the pool(s) were so nice to be in, you still feel like you’re sitting on the beach while enjoying swimming in non-salt water. Minor flaws with the property like broken remote, door handle, small amounts of scuffing/dust on some of the walls but overall felt clean and comfortable. We had 5 guests and everyone was fairly comfortable although if you’re a sensitive sleeper maybe save the bunks and pull out for kids/teens. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Sun and Sand

Pros and Cons: The condo was very well decorated and stocked with plenty of linens. The unit was in a great location. This is one of our favorite properties to stay at in Panama City! The cons were that the master bedroom needs a new mattress. I didn’t rest good the entire week due to it being broken down. The night before we left the kitchen sink stopped up, and I immediately called maintenance. I didn’t get a returned call, therefore I called back and actually spoke with someone. They didn’t fix it that night, but waited until we checked out the following day.
