Upon Arrival, cleaning crew was still there, door lock didnt work, and this was just the start.
*Trash in the trash cans
*Clothing left over from others
*Trash behind couches and on the pool table
*2 bathrooms un-usable
*Pool ceiling failing down (Be careful)
*at least 9 screens missing outside
*Pool fence broken
*No pool heat
*Holes in the walls everywhere
*Game room: NOT 1 game has everything to work
*Master Bathroom had no water
Very Dirty, Dingy, Old home.
DO NOT stay here, as I feel this home should NOT be rented at all.
We are actually in the process of suing this management company until they refund us our money. We even had to leave 2 days due to know water and they told us to use the community building instead of the house.
Save urself the trouble & Find a different house, this place is dirty and falling apart, and the MGT company will NOT help you. they will ask for all the proof, and when u send it they will keep asking for it, then pretend they didnt get it all. Shady Company. BE CAREFUL!!!!!
