PRIVATE and CLEAN apartment with all new amenities- simple, modern uncluttered little landing pad in the Old North End. Pet Friendly with yard. NESPRESSO coffee provided free.
DESIGNATED OFFSTREET parking and porch. Close to bike path and convenient to downtown Burlington.
Super FAST WiFi and modern new furniture. People enjoy this place because it is:

The space
The home is a completely private separate entry apartment. Punch code entry access- very easy to unload and settle in after travel. This is the FRONT apartment of an owner occupied house (around back).
Nespresso coffee maker and Pods provided
Newly renovated, Ground floor 450sft apartment with all amenities, including a washer and dryer.
Super fast WiFi, Modern furniture and Kitchen, and a Big QLED TV.
All appliances, flooring, bathroom and Kitchen is brand new as of 2020
Guest access
Front porch, side yard, (South), entire apartment, basement, private laundry (in unit).
Other things to note
Washer Dryer in unit. Fans in unit if desired for air flow. Nespresso and fresh coffee pods in unit. Church Street is nearby and the Waterfront is worth checking out in the warmer months.
