Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable.



Interaction with Guests:

We recommend using Charter Sports located in the building for your ski rentals. They offer 30% off if you mention you are staying at Blue Sky with LiveBreck. Guests are able to use Charter Sports’ ski valet even if they are not renting from them. We also have a locker room with boot warmers as well. For the locker room each room is assigned a locker and a combination at check in. Parking garage has a height clearance of 7'2".
