Book your stay now!! Just steps away from Long Sands Beach, in beautiful York Beach Maine. This rustic cottage boosts 3 bedrooms, each with a full size bed and offers modern conveniences such as a smart TV and high-speed internet. Enjoy the spacious backyard or taking another stroll by the ocean, with your loved ones, after a day in the sun!

Property is Co-Hosted by KMA Property Group LLC. ( Anca and Mike) who are not on property during your stay, but only a message away! Please don't hesitate to reach out via your booking app!

Keypad access to cottage.

You have arrived! Park your car and step inside this traditional Maine cottage.
Kitchen offers basic supplies such as pots and pans, dishes and cutlery along with a toaster and microwave. No dishwasher.
Each bedroom has a full size bed. First bedroom has a dresser but no closet.
Bathroom features a stand up shower with no tub.
The large back yard, although not fenced in, offers plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors and for the kids and/or pup to run around. Private gas grill and utensils are available for your convenience.


There is no public transit near by.

This home is NOT equipped with air-conditioning. Fans are provided in each bedroom
Toiletries/ Essentials provided as a starter kit, for each booking.
Driveway could be easy to miss so drive slow as you approach the address. Take a look at the photo on this listing for a clear view
There is free parking available for up to 2 vehicles. Parking in the BACK of the cottage, on the grass

Max of one dog, under 45lbs, per reservation- there is no fence in yard

We love your pup, but our furniture prefers to stay fur-free. If your dog is a natural couch-climber, just toss their favorite blanket over the sofa so everyone stays comfy.

The cottage was great. Clean, simple, basic accommodations, nothing fancy but had all we needed. The location really is the star, can see the water and Boon Island Light from the screened in porch. The beds were very comfy, despite being pretty loud when turning over or getting in or out of bed. The kitchen was well-appointed, no dishwasher, we brought paper plates to cut down on post-meal chores. Overall a great week was enjoyed by our family and puppy.

Location is everything

The location is perfect. The house is clean and meets basic needs. As other people mentioned the beds are very noisy. We have stayed here 2 years in a row and did not have an issue without air conditioning until our last day. It was unbearably hot and humid in there all day and night. Box fans are provided but if the whole week was hot I don’t think we could have managed.

Great location Needs Some Updating/Maintenance

Dog friendly and owner allowed me to bring my GSD even though over the weight limit. Nice little cottage, private setting, peaceful but in need of some updated touches and features. A couple things noted- the stove top front right burner isn’t working properly. I tried and made sure it was pushed in /connected properly but still couldn’t get it working beyond a low setting. I did not contact the owner since two other burners work during my short stay. The front outside light didn’t work.The beds are notably nosey when going to sit on it or move in the night. I tried the other beds and they have the same issue. I’m a heavy sleeper but it would wake me up every time I moved or adjusted.I really appreciated the towels and linens being included, that saved a lot of packing! Also, appreciated the paper items too and the coffee items. Those are nice little touches that go a long way. Everything else was nice and as expected. The location is fantastic with a hint of privacy feel with the backyard wetland area. Very peaceful.

Great location and host!

The property was clean and comfortable. Host was easy to work with, communication was clear and timely. It was a perfect location. We could even see the ocean from the front porch. Very easy walk to the beach, closer than we thought. You can also easily walk to get breakfast, a convenient shop, or several restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Cute beach house

We stayed in mid-October for a wedding. Front porch has amazing sunrises and retains heat during the day in the off-season. Close to lots of amazing things including the beach (front yard). Hosts were easy to contact. There is a mandatory third party damage waiver as an FYI. Would stay again! Thanks!

Loved how close to the beach it was and the view of the ocean from the enclosed porch, also pet friendly is a huge plus. Dislikes: dirty shower, dirty/dusty ceiling fans, no outlets by the bedroom windows to place the fans by, no outdoor shower or outdoor hose to rinse off with, overwhelming musty smell when humid.

Perfect!

We stayed here with our family of 6 for 5 nights. (2 adults, 2 teens, 2 kids). The cottage is clean and simple but includes everything you could need. There was plenty of space for everyone and we loved the front sitting area for morning coffee and evening reading! It is just steps away to the beach. We loved our stay here and would love to come back next year!
