Great location to both long and short sands beaches. Clean and stocked with everything you need. AC was a huge plus with all the hot weather as well. Stayed there with wife and 2 children, and would definitely stay there again.

This was the perfect, pet-friendly getaway for a small family and only a short walk to Long Sands beach! We can't wait to rebook for next year. The property is super clean with a fully stocked kitchen and first floor washer and dryer. The AC kept us cool in the heat and the outdoor seating area is cozy. Highly recommend!

Amazing property

This property was simply amazing and had all of the comforts we needed, and more! It was a very quick walk to a gorgeous beach and a quick drive to other beaches. The first floor was perfectly laid out. We had plenty of room to relax, play games or just hang out and watch a movie. The kitchen was perfectly stocked, the bedrooms were very comfortable, and we had plenty of room for luggage and clothes. We had the most perfect time and my three children had zero complaints.

Perfect Location!

This house is the perfect spot within walking distance of Long Sands Beach, as well as an easy drive down to bustling Short Sands. The house was well equipped with everything you could ever need for both a short vacation stay or a long term rental. It was cozy yet practical, and well furnished! There is a sandwich/ice cream shop right at the end of the road, and a grocery store just a short drive away. My family of 6 fit there comfortably but it’s also not too large for a single person or couple. Easy drive up to Ogunquit or down to Portsmouth, NH. Plenty to do staying in or venturing out. Highly recommend, will definitely be coming back!

Perfect spot for walking distance to beach and downtown areas. Quiet, clean and perfect for our family to stay there. All the amenities were wonderful.
