Overall stay was ok but a little underwhelming for the price charged (considering similar prices for other properties).Positives:Check-in was very quick and painless.Good location in general very nicely located and very quiet.Property was clean and beds / towels were comfortable and plenty.Items we found could need improvements / general property could use some TLC and update:Spa was large but jets do not work / no bubbling.Pictures show two umbrellas but umbrella with chairs were non-existing.One lounge chair back recliner was still working but broken.Waterfall feature of pool didn't work.Gas fireplace flame was kinda working but not really.No towels placed outside / had to hunt through the house to find them.No instructions for leaving the property / cleanups / local placesOverall stay was ok and I can't find any dealbreakers but given the hefty cleaning fee on top of various service fees and nightly rates, it seemed to us you could get better deals and better value for the money

Nice getaway

4.5 stars rounded up to 5. The place was still being cleaned when we showed up, so we got groceries before settling in. It would have been nice to have access to the jets for the hot tub (which is nice & big!). Checkout process was quick and easy. Place was as expected and well stocked.
