Everything was there as needed...the bed was comfy the view was exactly as described...very minimal view of the beach as stated but u can see it from the balcony we still sat out on the balcony every morning with coffee !! Would definitely return !! Close to shopping and lots of food places !!

The condo was very clean and well kept and very nice. The only downside that keeps me from giving all 5 stars is the bed is ready for the trash. And the sleeper sofa is trash. I did not sleep much throughout the four days.

Simple and straight forward. Had everything we needed and security and staff were very friendly. Super short walk to the sand. Ike's chair rentals service this beach so that was very convenient. Would definitely stay again!

Great room for stay on the beach!

Everything was wonderful clean and the bed was comfy! Perfect size for a family with two small children! Also the keyless entry was handy not having to keep up with extra keys.

Coffee pot had mold in it. Sand was in pull out couch. And coming in after concert could not find any parking spot. Guard put us by a wall on one of the exits. Don’t understand why I had to pay for it and couldn’t even park in one. The worst was only one elevator work and had to wait 20 to 30 minutes to get our stuff in and out. Guards were very helpful.

Nice clean Condo on the beach

Condo was very clean. Description is very accurate. It is on the beach but you do have to walk through the parking garage to get to the beach but it is fine. The ground level of the building is the parking garage. Bed was comfortable. Had everything we needed for a relaxing beach get away. Would stay here again.

We had a good stay. Only complaints we had was there was no stopper for bathtub and room had an odd smell like somebody had smoked in there and it was old when you walked into room. Other than that it was clean and nice.

It was a nice studio for my daughter & I!! Just wish checik in rime was a little earlier . Bc check out time is 10 am I understand unit has to be cleaned but check in could be at least 2. But overall nice studio

Great Location

Overall great communication with the Host. Pretty clean room, just some grease spots on the walls and some half cleaned dishes. Location is great, pool is really nice and a super close walk to the beach. The Sugar Shack is convenient as you can get anything from snacks, drinks and food to sunscreen and swimming stuff. Was only left one roll of Toilet paper and one Roll of Paper towel. Room was on the smaller side if you had a bigger groups of people but overall wasn’t too bad just for two. Cleaning people came knocking on our door about 25 minutes before checkout and just hoovered by the door till we left. Felt kinda rushed but it wasn’t a bad property for the price

Wish it were my own!

Everything from the initial booking through the end of our stay was wonderful! Tom is very responsive. His studio condo is a perfect size for a couple. Has a good size kitchen and appliances. Plenty of fluffy towels too. Great location right at the beautiful sandy beach, the pool was clean and warm enough for a comfortable swim. I’d love to come back!

If you’re looking for a quick getaway I highly recommend booking this place. The place was clean and location was easy to find. The elevator did not work the whole time we were there so we can to haul all of our belongings up and down multiple steps, but other than that the place was nice and clean and you could see the beach from this room if you looked over the balcony . Will be booking again.

Great location, not crowded, heated pool since the weather was cooler. Easy access to the beach. Will be back!

Baseball Trip

The condo was exactly as listed. Very clean and good location. The complex was an older one and a bit dated. One elevator was not working. The unit had everything we needed. It is a bit dated but worked fine. We stayed for a baseball tournament and the unit had a new washer dryer combo which was nice but did take a long time to do a load. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This is a well-kept and maintained property. Before buying this condo, I visited the property in the busy season to see what the guests were like. Very family oriented and friendly. Great location! Sugar Beach is in the western area of Orange Beach, right on the area’s famous white-sand beaches down from Gulf State Park. Only a 4-minute walk to Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail & Rosemary Dunes Trailhead, great for hiking or bike riding. Trail entry and exit is across the street from the condo between Planet Smoothie and the Dippin’ Dots Ice cream shop. Both perfect finish lines for that beautiful hike or bike ride through the park. More excitement is only a 4-minute ride away at Adventure Island where you will find family fun with mini golf, an erupting volcano replica, go karts, bumper boats, lazer tag, and an arcade. If looking for a delicious dressy casual brunch, lunch, or dinner, the Pier House is only a 1-minute drive to the west. They offer fine cuisine for dine in, carry out, or delivery. For a local seafood joint adorned with dollar bills serving up crab cakes, po' boys & cocktails, The Flying Harpoon 2 is only a 1-minute drive to the east. Within a 2-minute drive you also have Wolf Bay Lodge Restaurant, Ruby Slipper Café, Doc’s Seafood and Steaks, and Live Bait Restaurant.
