A newly remodeled, bright and beautiful condo located in Loggerhead Cay on the east end of Sanibel Island.  This condo is located on the second floor overlooking one of the largest pools on Sanibel Island. From the lanai you can relax and enjoy partial views of the ocean.

This spacious unit comfortably accommodates six guests. The master bedroom features a king size bed with an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two twin beds each with an additional twin size trundle bed. The common space of the condo features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and all of the cooking essentials for preparing meals at home. The comfortable living room offers two sofas and two chairs, flat screen TV and a lanai just off this area for an additional space to relax and enjoy the fresh air.

Loggerhead Cay offers a fantastic pool overlooking the Gulf of Mexico as well as several shared gas grills with patio seating, tennis & pickle ball courts to allow for guests to take full advantage of enjoying the outdoors. When enjoying the beach feel free to use our 4 new beach chairs and beach umbrella and cooler.

Bella Vita South is just steps to the pool and a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. This unit has its own numbered parking space and a smart lock with a personal door code that will be sent to you within 48 hours of your check in. The condo is conveniently located on the Gulf of Mexico and just a short drive or bike ride to shops, restaurants, grocery stores & more. Bella Vita South is the perfect spot to make lasting beach vacation memories!
