Excellent location in the Berkshires The house was able to accommodate our party of 6 adults and 3 children. The house had 4 bedrooms and a bathroom in each. Of note is that there was no clothes closet in the master bedroomThe host was attentive and made an effort to acclimate us to the area by driving us around the surrounding area and pointing outs sites of interest Check in was easy. Kitchen was well equipped. The gas barbecue was in disrepair but quickly replaced by a new one the next morning after the property manager notified the host. The host also quickly replaced malfunctioning coffee maker. It should be noted that only the same four people from one rental can use the common facilities every day (outdoor and indoor pool and gym). The names had to be submitted to the host the eventing before. This was disappointing news. There was a lake near the property equipped with canoes and kayaks which helped with the above issue There was a large deck equipped with a hot tubThe couch cushions on the deck furniture were dirty and the sap on the cushions actually stained clothing. The bases of the two sides chairs needed repair. These factors limited our time on the deck Despite the above our family enjoyed our stay
