The Space:

This is a complete standalone home in Wilmore, entirely yours for the duration of your stay. No shared entrances, no shared spaces, just a full private home with one of the best backyards in Charlotte.

Step outside into a fully fenced, private backyard with an in-ground swimming pool open from mid-April through mid-September, a year-round hot tub, a gas grill for cookouts, and a fire pit for those Charlotte evenings that beg to be spent outside. Whether you're cooking out, unwinding after a long day, or watching the stars from the hot tub in January, this backyard delivers in every season.



Inside, the sunroom is a quiet and light-filled retreat, the first place most guests gravitate toward with their morning coffee. Guests have exclusive access to all areas of the home, including the private, fully fenced-in backyard, pool, and driveway.

Uber and Lyft are widely available. South End light rail is a short drive or rideshare away for car-free access to Uptown. Charlotte Douglas International Airport is 15 minutes by car.

Rental Agreement:

Guests must be 25+ to book (verified for security only)

A rental agreement will be provided before check-in.

As per the NC Vacation Rental Act, payment, signature, and/or taking possession of the property serves as acceptance.

The booking guest must complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information may result in cancellation without refund.



Additional information

Please lock all doors and windows when leaving.

Unauthorized late departures $200 may be collected.

We provide a starter kit of supplies, any additional supplies needed must be purchased



Age Requirement:

The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book.



Quiet Hours

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Any violation $300 may be collected and termination of your stay without refund.



Pets:

Pets are welcome with prior approval.

Non-refundable pet fee applies.

Only up to 2 pets allowed (dogs only).

All pets must be disclosed.

Guests must clean up after pets, both indoors and in the backyard.

Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Excessive hair or damage cleaning charges of $250 plus the cost of any damages may be collected.



Smoking:

Smoking is allowed only outside in the backyard or on the deck.

No smoking inside the home.



Parking:

Parking is available in the driveway and on the street.



Damages:

Any damages to the property must be reported immediately. Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused by negligence.



Trash & Cleanup:

Guests are responsible for disposing of trash in the provided outdoor receptacles.



Cancelations:

Cancellations within the cancellation window will have a 3% payment processing fee.



Important Notes:



By booking this property, you agree to follow the house rules and understand that any breach of these rules may result in additional charges, if you are asked to leave due to not following house rules and policies no refund will be provided. There are 2 cameras located on the exterior of the home. We have a ring doorbell on the front door and a security camera in the back yard that covers some area of the pool and hot tub. Proper swimwear is required at all times.
