Please be your neighbor’s keeper and be considerate while using the common area or any of its amenities.This includes:Please clean the dryer lint after usePlease help when the kitchen or bathroom trash is full. If it is full during your stay, please take out to the bin and replace the kitchen or bathroom with a new bag.Please keep your used towel in your bedroom or hung on a hook in the bathroomSimilarly, we continue to encourage guests to please inform/report incidents of areas being left messy. This is to ensure we are able to address them as needed and ensure a 5-star stay for you all.IMPORTANT: We would advise you bring your phone any time you need to leave your room or the house. Do not lock your phone in your room in case you need to reach your host for any emergencies.You will be required to fill out a trip form that includes providing proof of your ID and sign a rental agreement after booking!RESERVATION ALTERATION REQUESTSReservation alteration requests should be sent prior to 5 pm on the day before your checkout date. These can include:Adding more days to your reservationLate checkoutAny request sent after 5 pm the day before your checkout will be deniedAny extension requests that make your reservation more than 29 nights will be denied and you will need to book a new reservationHOUSE RULES VIOLATION FEES:Unauthorized Late Check Out (after 10 am) = $25 per hourEach Washcloth that’s Missing after a reservation = $5Each Towel that’s Missing after a reservation = $10Damaged Beyond Reasonable Wear & Tear (makeup stain, food stain, rips/tears, etc) = $20 per bed linenExcessive Cleaning after a Reservation = $100 cleaning feePer Dish Left in Kitchen sink = $5Per Towel Left in Shared Bathroom = $5Per Washcloth Left in Shared Bathroom = $5Smoking violation = $125Each Bags of trash in rooms or left in kitchen = $10Per Item Left in the Refrigerator = $5Quiet Hour Violation per Infraction = $5Dryer lint unclean = $5Towels left in washer or dryer = $5 eachBeddings left in washer or dryer = $5 eachTRIP OPTIONAL ADD-ON FEES:Authorized Early Check in Fee to check in at 2PM = $50Authorized Late Check out Fee to check out at 12PM = $50Additional Guest per night (maximum of 1 guest) = $25No additional appliances are allowed on the property. This includes microwaves, mini refrigerators and any other cooking appliances. If discovered will result in a $25 per night fee.This is not your house. Please do not treat it as such. Respect the rules and the other guests and there will be no issues with your stay!Make sure to cancel and/or log out of any tv app subscriptions you’ve added. We are not responsible for any charges incurred due to forgetting to perform this step.DAMAGES DURING STAY: Any damages that occur during your stay should be reported immediately so that we are able to rectify them.
