I had a very disappointing experience with this property. Upon entering the house, there was a strong roach smell, and I saw dead roaches throughout the home. The house appeared to have never been cleaned. None of the bathrooms were cleaned, the carpets and beds were dirty, and the towels smelled unpleasant.Due to these conditions, I did not stay at the property at all. I attempted to contact the host immediately and have continued calling and texting daily, but the host has been completely unresponsive.This was unacceptable and not what was advertised. I would not recommend this property.

This was a very inconvenient experience. The property owner canceled last minute as I was traveling which cause a delay in my traveling plans.

No AC the whole trip. Fridge didnt work. Roaches. Left a day early because 82 at 9:30 pm in the house is unacceptable

This was absolutely the worst experience ever. From the lack of communication from the owner, AIR COMPLETELY NOT WORKING, refrigerator/freezer not working, washer/dryer not working, WiFi going out mid stay, bugs and lizards in the rooms this stay was horrible. Had I not realize there weren’t any reviews I would have not booked. Was offered to be put in a hotel but after the offer no text back. 90 degrees in the house the entire stay. Owner had fans throughout the entire house but they did not blow anything but HOT air and some didn’t even work. This house does not need to be put on here anymore. Expecting FULL refund.

Hopeful but disappointed

Well it says it accommodates 8 but we had to search for air mattress and there were no extra bedding for the air mattress. There weren’t enough towels, only 4 forks, no mugs for the hot drinks the Keurig promised. The house was decently clean. When we reach out to the host he was not helpful in supplying the missing items and told us there was a Walmart near by. He also basically accused us of having more people than we said. We then made due with what we had so we could continue with our plans the neighbors that have a driveway right next to this properties driveway have junk all in their yard but we weren’t to worried. The one thing we didn’t appreciate was knocking on our door at 11:30pm. We didn’t answer and heard people outside talking. At 11:40 the knocking started again so we contacted the host to use the ring doorbell. He said it was someone delivering an Amazon package(really, at 11:40 at night?). We didn’t answer. The person went away but started again at 12:30. We proceeded to call the police. We heard someone walking around the house before the police came so we started packing. When the police arrived they had a conversation with the man who claimed he had the wrong house and proceeded to go into the neighbors house. The police were so kind to stay until we loaded the car and drive away at 1am. We had to miss the last day of our conference due to leaving but we did not feel safe to stay & felt the host did not care about our experience or safety.

Research area

There are many positives to this property: proximity to ATL, price, the huge front window, comfort and the availability of the property manager. However, you may want to research the area before staying there. The house is cute (needed a little maintenance) but the area is not a preferred environment to bring young kids into. If you as an adult are looking for a place for adults I would recommend it.
