We had a great experience at this property. Super clean, communication was clear and helpful. It was very welcoming. They had a nice big dog bed, gifted a dog bone, and even got our son a balloon to celebrate his sports tournament. Highly recommend this host and property. Would return.

Ashley is a great host, this is the second time I stayed here, it is convinent, clean, comfortable, pet friendly and anything that we needed Ashley was a phone call away. Highly recommend.

The space was clean, convenient and (mostly) quiet. The host was extremely nice, responding to any communication. There was tea, coffee, water and even a few snacks to grab on-the-go. Patchogue was a nice town and this listing is in a great location away from any the happenings of downtown yet close enough that it doesn't take long to get there. The only reason I put "(mostly) quiet" is that the MTA train comes through town and it is only a few blocks away. I usually sleep lightly on my first night of sleep in a new place and it took getting used to. I just wore ear plugs the second night and I was fine.Enjoy!

Perfect trip

I use VRBO frequently when traveling and I was a bit apprehensive about booking this new listing since there were no previous reviews. But I am so glad I did. We had a wonderful stay the house was clean and beautifully decorated. Ashley goes above and beyond to ensure you have a fantastic stay. We will be booking again next time we are in the area!

Outstanding!!

If I could give this booking 6-stars, I would. House is exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean, rooms are a good size, linens and bedding are luxurious. Ashley was an amazing host. Very responsive, instructions to access the unit were easy to understand. We were there for a running race and she even left us a care package with Gatorade snacks and some post run hot chocolate (it was January)! If we’re back in Patchogue, her listing will definitely be my first choice!
