The property is a nice place to stay. It is equip with everything you may need to feel at home. Communication with owner was pleasant and professional. There were a few things, I brought to the attention of the owner Mo. Not things that make me not want to rent again. Even thou it says sleeps four ,which was what my stay was...I think its a cozy place for couples,very private.Thank you Mo!!

Ronkonkoma garage apartment

Cute little apartment with loft bedroom. Worked OK for us, but stairs a little steep and narrow for physically impaired. Apartment was adequate, but slightly smaller than expected. The one bathroom is upstairs, so if you have additional guests downstairs, they have to come through the upstairs bedroom/loft to use the bathroom. Main issue was the cleanliness of the unit. Lots of hair (dog hair on the couch and human hair on the floor) was left. Appears like they started to clean up, but never finished. Dishes in the dishwasher were kind of clean, but still wet. Seems like the the dishwasher was run, but never emptied so there was a bit of an odor. We just re-washed the dishes. Location was good and owner was great with communication.

Hosts always encourage guests to communicate any issues during their stay so that they can be addressed promptly. Regrettably, these issues were unreported and never brought to our attention during your stay. We communicated with you after check in to reassure everything was going well and to address any of your concern. The cleanliness issues, specifically the presence of hair and the state of the dishwasher, are sincerely apologized for. A clean and comfortable environment is important. These issues have been addressed with the cleaning team, and additional steps have been implemented to ensure thorough cleaning, including verifying the dishwasher is emptied and clean for every guest. The feedback regarding the stairs being challenging for those with physical impairments is also appreciated. The listing description will be reviewed to make this clearer for future guests. I apologize that the apartment size not meet your expectations, the listing description and photos aim to be transparent. The goal is to provide a positive experience for all guests, and the feedback will be taken into consideration as the listing is improved.
