セレニティービーチハウスは3,200平方フィートのプライベートホームで、100フィートの白い砂浜に沿って建っています。 4つのベッドルームはすべて海に面しており、専用のバスルームがあります。 メインレベルのマスターベッドルームには、キングベッドと50インチのフラットパネルテレビが備わっています。 1階のベッドルームにはキングベッドがあり、2階のベッドルームには2つのダブルベッドがあります。 各ベッドルームには、独自のACユニットと天井ファンがあります。 すべてのベッドルームには遮光カーテンと豪華なリネンが備わっています。 バスルームにはすべて専用シャワーとトイレがあり、高級タオルが用意されています。

We had the best stay at Serenity Beach House! We were a group of 8 adults and it was our first time to Roatan. We loved everything about the house and its lay out was very spacious and functional for our group! Amos, the boat captain and onsite contact took care of every the we needed! We loved how welcoming he and the rest of the staff we interacted with were! We cannot wait to come back some day!

Beautiful property and experience

The home was beautiful, however if access to the water including paddle boarding, kayaking and similar activities is of interest, I couldn’t recommend it more. We enjoyed being able to walk out the back door and into the water. When you exit the small community there’s a small market across the street. Everything else was within a few minutes drive or a water taxi.

Beautiful property in a great location

House, yard, and pool are gorgeous. This is a great location. Amos and the boat are the highlights. Wait to make your plans until you meet with him, he is a fantastic resource.

Wonderful family vacation

Beautiful property with amazing sunset views. Located extremely close to great diving and restaurants. Amos was responsive and thoughtful.

Perfekter Urlaub in schöner Umgebung

Es war ein sehr schöner Ort für eine Familie die entspannt Urlaub machen möchte. Amos war der perfekte Betreuer, Angeltour ist ein muss,und auch ansonsten hat sich Amos um jede unserer Belange gekümmert. Jenny, die Köchin war ein Gedicht.. Alberto die Reinigungskraft war korrekt und unauffällig. Es war schon eine lange Reise nach Roatan von Deutschland aus, deshalb haben wir einen Zwischenstopp in New York gemacht,das kann ich nur empfehlen,das ist entspannter. Meine Jungs haben, obwohl wir noch nie einen Urlaubsort zweimal besucht haben den Wunsch geäußert Roatan bzw diesen Ort nochmals zu besuchen-Dank Amos;-)

Great beach house with some privacy

This house was exactly as listed. They sent a taxi to get us from the air port and take us directly to checkin. The air conditioners in every room was a great relief from the heat/humidity. We had a fantastic day with Amos when we set up a charter with him. All the guys went fishing in the morning then we all went to Little French Key after they cleaned the fish. Amos is a great boat Captain and fantastic around the house, he came by to check on us and if we needed anything we just had to call him. He is able to setup anything that is needed or will help you himself. The property is just off the busy west end so we were able to drive a quick 5 min or take a water taxi into town. We enjoyed the quiet nights and privacy the neighborhood provided. The kayaks and paddle boards provided let us go out past the bay and snorkel at the reef. It was so easy to get to where people were scuba diving and see all the reef. The property is well maintained and we were very happy with our stay.

You will not be disappointed- this is an excellent property!!!

Everything was fantastic! Make sure to not book any activities in advance and when you arrive, the caretaker of the property and boat, Amos, will hook you up with everything including boat trips, restaurant recommendations, monkey and sloth tours, etc.

Relaxation at it's best!!!!

This property is well maintained. The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and cookware for many successful meals in the spacious kitchen and living area. We traveled for a week of total relaxation and that is what we got. Thanks to Amos, the caretaker, he is so responsive, and better than that, an all around great guy and boat captain. If you rent this property a day of boating with Amos is a must, he knows his homeland and the ocean so well and we had the most amazing time with him. The home has kayaks and paddle boards for fun and a wonderful pool that during February has both sun and shade. The dock and deck at the end of the dock is the best place in the world for morning coffee. The home is neat and comfortable. Make sure to inquire at the rental office if there will be any service technicians expected during your stay. The four bedrooms were spacious and the onsuite bathrooms very nice. We would rent this home again without question.

Great vacay!

We had a wonderful time. The dock made the trip for us. Water is kind of mucky but still fun! Just not the white sand as they have at other beaches. We loved our time!

Amazing stay!

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Serenity Beach House. The view was amazing, the house and outdoor space phenomenal, and we loved our stay. Our kids loved the dock and pool. Amos was a great resource and boat captain! It was our first time in Roatan and we would love to come back again!

Amazing week in Roatan

We had an absolutely amazing time at this lovely home in beautiful Roatan. The house is gorgeous and met our expectations and then some! We spent many hours in the pool, kayaking and paddle boarding in the bay, and lounging in the hammocks on the dock for our morning coffee and evening sunsets. The house has everything you need in terms of space, comfort, supplies and the kitchen is absolutely stocked for those that like to cook! The absolute best part of our stay was Amos, the boat captain and caretaker. He made this trip one that we will never forget by taking us to the most amazing snorkel spots, showing us different parts of the island that we would not have been able to see otherwise, and of course hitting all the right spots to catch our first ever dinner of barracuda! You absolutely cannot rent this house without renting the boat as well and having Amos as a part of your vacation…you will not regret it! Check in/out and communication with Roatan Vacation Rentals was easy, and they were very helpful with setting up rides for us as we chose to not rent a car. Overall one of the best vacations we have taken and we cannot recommend this rental enough. We will be back!

Great place

This home is a great alternative to staying in a hotel or certainly a resort, depending on what you are looking for. Emos/Amos is awesome and he can certainly make the trip a great and memorable, he will help you with what you need and has great contacts/suggestions for things to do in the area as well as take you out on the boat. I highly recommend taking several trips on the boat to do something that interests you, take advantage of having such a knowledgeable and helpful guy like him. Our trip started out with storms which impacted various things, but overall the property is fun for a group, with activities you can do and of course excursions you can do. Make sure you have a good vehicle as the quasi-long dirt road is not great, but as I mentioned we were there after/during storms so that likely made them even worse. Management will help you with things, but make sure the phone is loaded with minutes upon your arrival and use Whatsapp as an alternative to reach them. A person with the rental management office, Liz, met us at the house on our final day before check-out. While they provide a list with instructions, it would be much more helpful if someone was there to meet you at the house upon check-in, when you have questions and concerns and don't know the property rather than only on your final day at check-out when you have had to figure out numerous things on your own or with the help of Emos. The rental management office did a pretty good job doing their job, but for the price of the property, I think they definitely have room for improvement.

Perfect Family Vacation

Our family of ten spent 7 days at Serenity Beach House. The home is spacious, clean, and inviting! We did not want to leave. Better than the pictures! We rented a car a made frequent trips in the store, West End, etc. the best part of Serenity Beach House is Amos, the caretaker. He is amazing!! On our boat day, Amos took us snorkeling, sightseeing, lunch, and fishing later! He also set up a dive instructor for us . I could go on and on. Amazing trip! Be sure to go to the new Brewery! We can’t wait to return!

It’s a beautiful home for sure. Master bedroom has a mold issue though

The boat that is supposed to be available was broken during our stay, but Amos the boat captain/care taker did a good job securing other boats for us. They need to figure out what the problem is in the master suite as the smell is bad. I am guessing it’s the filter in the AC. Kitchen is well appointed and the house is very close to where you want to be on the island. We would come back for sure.

Great experience, pure relaxation

Excellent experience for family of 4 traveling to Roatan for first time. Serenity Beach House is relaxing due to its great location on a small private beach, enough distance to its next door neighbors and set up in a way to allow great indoor and outdoor relaxing atmosphere (patio, deck and the very unique Palapa where we spent most of our time). There is a hammock and a few swinging chairs, plenty of lounge areas and the benefit of a private pool. The house is well equipped with anything you need for home cooking and grill appears rarely used or extremely well cleaned (I am not a fan of rusty and dirty BBQ, this one was the opposite). Caretaker Amos is also the captain of an optional boat; I highly recommend using his services as water access, recreational activities and transport are maximized with his services. Communication with Roatan Vacation Rentals was positive before and during the trip, Alex B was helpful all around. Owner was gracious to provide us with some great restaurant options prior to our arrival. We all had a great first visit and would love to come back to visit yet another time.

Pretty much perfect!!

This home is beautiful, up to date, clean, roomy, everything was in working order and there is a great selection of kitchen appliances. Since the home has a filtration system you can drink the water from the tap and there is an awesome ice machine that never seemed to run out for all of those drinks! For us, the house was perfectly located on the ocean, down a quiet drive way and away from noise and congestion. It is conveniently located near the busy West End (6 minute drive) and West Bay (3 minute drive) where we ate some meals (must try Gingers and Sundowners they were both great) and did a little shopping but also near Anthony's Key (3 minute drive) where we did our dolphin excursion. There are lots of dive shops close by and a great pier right off the beach at the house were the dive boat can pick you up. There is also a sloth/monkey/bird sanctuary 2 minutes from the house (Amos booked it for us) - it was so nice not to have to drive 1 hour to the other sanctuary and it was such an awesome experience to hold the sloths and monkeys. We booked our excursions and services through Detour Roatan and everything was set up perfectly and they were very easy to work with. We had 3 meals prepared by their chef (Jennie) and I HIGHLY recommend her. Her food was very good and she is very friendly. If you love to snorkel, you can literally go right off of the beach at the house - it is actually one of the dive sights. The paddle boards and kayaks were a great addition for the active residents. I can't say enough about Amos, the caretaker. He was very helpful and informative. I would absolutely rebook this home, it is 1st class. The property manager was also very helpful and enjoyable to work with. We had zero bad interactions with anyone that we dealt with.

Fantastic Home

This property was perfect for our active family of seven adults! Not only was this home new and clean but wonderfully decorated and we had plenty of space with the four bedrooms and bathrooms. The setting was beautiful and we utilized the kayaks, paddle boards, pool, and we loved the palapa. One of the best amenities of this home is Amos, the boat captain. He took our family for our dives, snorkling, and fishing and was able to connect us with a fantastic dive master. He even scouted out the nearest zipline and zoo to make sure the cruise ships weren't visiting that day. Hire him for the week, if you can. Make sure to stop at Eldon's grocery on the way from the airport to pick up groceries for breakfast and lunch. This home and vacation will be one of our favorite family memories and we hope to return soon!

Beautiful home!

Wonderful home! We had such a great experience from check-in to check-out. This house had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Every room has its own full bath and ocean view. We would highly recommend renting the boat for the week. Amos was great! We went fishing, snorkeling, to West Bay, and he took us to Punta Gorda for the best lunch and entertainment! We loved having a swimming pool to relax in at the end of the day. The location of house is perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal. It was great to have a filtration system, so we could drink the water and use for coffee. There was plenty of hot water, I fact we could take a shower in every bathroom at same time. The beds were super comfy. WiFi worked good. We watched Netflix on smart tv. They also have lots of cable channels and abc, cbs, hbo, etc. Love this house! Can’t wait to come back!

Very nice property but poor Mgmt. communication

My family of 5 with three adult children stayed here & had a great time. First, the house is beautiful, comfortable, & very well equipped. It was perfect for our family & we were all pleased with the style & decor of the house. The house was exceptionally clean. We did have a few issues. There was a lack of communication between the prop. mgmt. co. (RVR) & the house mgr/boat Captain, Amos. Amos is absolutely fantastic. He made the trip for our family & we all loved him. The communication issue is on the side of RVR. We own & manage ski rental property - we know the business. We rented the boat for a week (7 days). We arrived near lunch time & wanted to go out as soon as we arrived. We are a boating family - we are all divers & enjoy snorkeling & fishing as well. I had communicated with the RVR of our desire to do some fishing or snorkeling upon our arrival. Amos was not told of our arrival time & had no idea as to our intentions. The first day I sat in the house waiting for Amos after RVR finally contacted him (it would be helpful for people using the boat to communicate with Amos directly before arrival). When Amos showed up he said he had not been told that we were divers but immediately began to get things in order for the rest of the week. He contacted another dive master (Jeff) that supplied everything we did not have & led our dives the next 6 days. We had a fantastic time with Jeff as well! We went diving & fishing every day. One day Amos took us to the other end of the island for a Sunday festival & we had a fantastic lunch on the water & then got to listen to the drummers & watch the locals dancing! What a treat! Amos is extremely capable of managing the home & your needs. I wish we had known that he could take care of everything as I would have told him about our issues. We did not have hot water during our stay & contacted the mgmt. co. about it after our first night. They replied to let it run longer & to let them know. I told them that after 10 minutes it was still cold & they did nothing. We all took cold showers until our last day when Amos found out about it & got someone there immediately. My 3 star review is due to the lack of response by a mgmt. co. that I am sure charges too much to do very little. The property was great & I cannot say enough about Amos & the attention he gave to taking care of us. To the owners I would say "Dump RVR & give Amos the job. You will come out further ahead."

Amazing Home and Location with Amenities!!!

We could not have been more pleased with the property! The home is amazing and so beautifully done. The kitchen is very large and has everything in it you will need. Sometimes when traveling that is not the case. It even has a separate ice maker to keep up with the cocktails!! The bedrooms are large as well as each one has their own bathrooms that are gorgeous and large. The property and pool was well-maintained and cleaned. It was the perfect temperature. The beach out front is clean and easy to swim plus there are two kayaks and two stand up paddle boards to use which we did daily!! The bay is protected by a reef so it stays really calm which is so nice. We had out driver stop at the local grocery store which is actually very nice and has everything you will need for your trip. We cooked breakfast and prepared some lunches and dinner. We had AMOS the boat captain, which we rented for the week (A MUST DO) take us into West End for some early dinners and lunches. You can arrange for a Chef but I enjoy cooking, plus we caught fresh Wahoo and Tuna that we fixed at the house! It was amazing!! AMOS took us to great snorkel spots, our group went deep sea fishing about 5 of our 7 days! He plays fun island music that helps you feel on vacation. We ran out of time but I would recommend to go see the Sloth and iguana park or zip line. This was our 4th trip to the Island and we usually stay in West Bay (We did visit one day with he help of Amos), but loved the privacy and quiet peacefulness and beauty of this home on this cove! The sunsets were stunning! WE could not have been more happy and highly recommend renting Serenity Beach House!! You have to rent the Boat Captain for the week too as it makes the trip!! It is Perfect! Enjoy!!

Love, love, love this amazing house!

This house had it all: beautiful kitchen, comfy beds, plenty of space for two families, VERY clean and every amenity you could think of! The owner thought of everything. We had 4 kids with us and they stayed busy with the great pool, kayaking and paddle boarding out front and swimming in the shallow waters. We had a chef come in and she was very familiar with the kitchen and fed us a fantastic meal! But the best part of the entire trip: having the boat for the whole week with THE BEST guide on the island, Amos! He was so friendly and nice, we all loved him! He took us to all of his favorite spots to snorkel, eat local food, fish and swim. Each day was better than the next. We highly recommend renting the boat for the whole week. This house and this location is now our favorite place in the world. We would recommend it to anyone who wants adventure during the day and a quite, tranquil, beautiful place to relax the rest of the time. We'll be back!

Great Location

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The location was great! The home had plenty of space for our family, which included our 3 adult children and spouses. Amos was friendly and informative with plenty of local knowledge. We wish we could of spent everyday with him but the rainy weather changed our on the water plans and we still had a great time on the island.
