You`ll enjoy a spacious studio that can comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests that includes a full, expansive kitchen and spacious full bathroom.
Unwind on your private front porch or stretch your legs in the large back yard. Quickly access and enjoy the amazing nearby food and entertainment, most within walking distance!

The health, safety, and wellbeing or our guests is paramount so we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning before each stay.

This is the second of two units available to rent individually or together – the large main house in the front and this fully modernized 1 bedroom studio in the back. Parking for this studio unit is on the side of the property. Parking for the main house is free street parking in front.

Our goal is to provide you a home away from home that is unique and welcoming. If anything does not meet your expectations, please message us right away.

John and Mel have created a cozy space to relax and recharge! Bristol was beautiful and we were able to get in a 20 mile bike ride on the Creeper Trail which was so beautiful!

Today, I focus on growing our local business and mentoring others in the industry to help them build their own brands. My life is rooted in family—I share my home with my wife and our two dogs, Alcey and Atticus. When we aren't working or enjoying the outdoors, we are soaking up every minute with our grown children and grandchildren.

As a host, I combine my corporate background with a personal touch to provide a seamless, professional experience. I love sharing the hidden gems of the Twin Cities with visitors. While you’re close enough to hear the faint music from the Rhythm & Roots festival in the distance, the Studio is tucked away in a private courtyard that feels incredibly secluded. It’s the perfect location for someone who wants to experience the best of Bristol’s breweries and museums by day but needs a peaceful, secure 'home base' to retreat to at night.
