PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS
We welcome well-trained dogs to stay in this home. If traveling with a pet, please note that a non-refundable pet fee will be added after booking. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00.

Nestled near Port St. Joe, this hidden gem is  less commercialized than many other Florida beach towns, giving it a tranquil and unspoiled atmosphere. Visitors can enjoy scenic walking trails, wildlife viewing, and paddleboarding in the shallow waters of the Gulf. Windmark Beach also features charming coastal cottages and a boardwalk that meanders along the shoreline, making it a peaceful retreat for those seeking a slower pace and a connection with nature.


INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.


E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

Please note that HOA regulations prohibit trailers, boats, or RVs from being parked on the property. We recommend making off-site storage arrangements if you plan to bring one.
