Your feedback regarding the cleanliness of the tub and the outdoor patio is important to us, and we want to assure you that we take these matters seriously. We pulled the pictures of the hot tub and swimming pool preparation from the opening tickets and the checklist was completed and the pictures indicate a clean hot tub and swimming pool. It is a hilltop property, perhaps some winds came through at some point between the opening and your check in time. We do apologize for rubbish by the pool, this will be addressed as well. We genuinely appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve and provide better service to our valued guests.
