The Oasis for the Fourth of July

We had a wonderful time and everyone had room to spread on vacation and holiday vibes. Everything we needed was there and all questions answered right away.

Overall, the house was a nice base for doing things in OC with family. It’s super close to Disneyland and the beach isn’t far either. The house was clean and spacious. Several things in the house were kind of banged up though (like the TV remotes several others have mentioned, and we couldn’t get them to work). The pool also seemed to have a lot of dirt or something at the bottom of the shallow end, which made us avoid that area of the pool. There are pool toys but most of them are very sun damaged and contained in an area with a lot of spiders.

Great House for Disney

Great house - good layout for a family or 2 to stay. We loved the pool, layout of common areas and bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Very close to Disney parks and was a comfortable jumping off point every day.

Convenient Disney stop

This house was a great, easy place to plant ourselves for a few days in LA while visiting Knotts Berry Farm, Disneyland, and doing some shopping. In a quiet area close to everything we needed.

Family Fun In The Sun

We really enjoyed this property- lots of space for all of us- the pool was nice too. The house was easily accessible from all freeways and a great location for getting to LA and San Diego.

Close to Disneyland!

Easy, comfortable stay in visiting Disneyland with my daughter. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Pool looked great even though we did not use it.

Great spot

Great spot, close to park, comfy! We had a great time would stay again. We weren’t expecting yard service to come during quiet hours (before 9am). Neighborhood sweet little spot. Couldn’t figure out how to turn on the outdoor fireplace thing/directions?

Great Stay

Our stay was so great at this little oasis. There were a couple small issues that were no one’s fault that were dealt with quickly by Joel. Our children very much enjoyed the pool and we loved the two living spaces. It was very clean and comfortable and so close to Disney! Thank you for hosting us!

Family trip

The house was very beautiful the rooms were also great plenty of room for the family we had a great time the sliding door could use some curtains my kids were scared to sit in the living room with no curtains! Other then that everything was great very close to disney.

Disneyland trip

The house was very clean and updated, but some things were in disrepair. Everything is there to make the stay comfortable. The pool was nice after a day at Disneyland, which is about 5 minutes away by car. Overall a good experience

Great home to get away and have access to a private pool.

Beautiful home, quite neighborhood and the pool was lovely. If you plan to staycay, then make sure to bring your essentials if you plan to cook. The kitchen is huge, the fridge was big and clean and the dining and family room bring everyone together. Joel was great to work with and very responsive. We loved our time away.

The Oasis in Anaheim

Property was well maintained. House was clean and everything was ready for our stay when we arrived. Loved the pool!!! Neighbours were friendly. 10 minute drive to Disneyland. One minor concern was an ant problem on kitchen counter. All in all it was a perfect place fir the family.

Beautiful home and location

This home is beautiful and had everything our family needed for a 5 day stay in So Cal. The property manager Joel is quick to respond. There were just a few minor maintenance issues I brought to his attention. The location is a short Uber ride to Disneyland. Grocery store is close by and convenient. Back yard is beautiful and welcoming. The weather was cool and rainy so we didn’t use the pool but the fire pit was a nice plus. Overall great place to stay.

Perfect Home Away from Disneyland

Our family stayed here for five nights during our Disney vacation. It was the perfect spot to fit our family and we all enjoyed the pool. It was clean and well appointed. Lots of comfortable seating. But adding two dining chairs to make 8 for this 8-person rental would be a good idea. It's obvious previous renters weren't all that careful with visible wall bumps and scrapes from luggage, and missing bowls, but I wouldn't count that against the quality of stay. A few helpful things that would make it perfect is more places to hang towels and some lighting by the pool. We stayed in April when it would get dark around 8. Would stay here again if we are fortunate enough to ever come back from Canada!

Loved the backyard

Home was very close to Disney, which was super convenient. Mixed reviews on neighborhood. The home had newer features, upgraded cabinets, counters and floors. The tv remotes were dead and taped closed so we didn’t use them. There was a place in the kitchen, above the sink where it looks like the roof was leaking. That should maybe be looked at. The pool and back yard were a great additional space to enjoy and where we spent the majority of our time when there. Was disappointed that the property manager took so long to respond to a few of my questions. Overall worked for our needs.

Nice Place to Stay

Overall stay was nice and close to Disneyland. We ran into some hiccups once we arrived. There was no garage door opener, as stated in house manual each tv was to have 2 remotes, not the case. Remotes were falling apart, the remote to the family rm had the face upside down, dvr was missing a button and the living room tv only had universal remote, no tv remote so that tv had to be turned off with the button on the back of tv. These issues we immediately notified to the property mgr and never received a response. We figured out the tvs, had to open and close the garage door from inside of garage. When closing garage person had to exit out front door after. Property should be reviewed after each guest leaves. Someone must have taken the garage door remote, no blow dryer anywhere, didn't look like pool man had been there that week (dirt collected all in shallow end) pool heater was on at a temperature of 102, we turned it off and was able to use pool later. Whoever cleans area around pool, needs to remove all the spider webs on lawn furniture, plants in the back by pool and the pool toy box, there were a lot! Like I said the overall stay was good. Did not know where else I could let you know about these hiccups.

Great place and location

The house is perfectly located close to Disneyland. The pool is a great feature to come back to in the afternoon for a swim. The place is spacious and updated. For us with 8 people having two bathrooms was a huge bonus getting everyone ready I. The mornings. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a private backyard and pool! Oh and the fire pit outside was a nice touch as it cooled down In The evenings!!!

Perfect location to visit Disneyland

Very clean cute house in a quiet neighborhood with everything you would need to relax and enjoy the big swimming pool. We had a lot of fun and my son didn't want to leave :-). Communication with Joel was easy and pleasant. Again, it's perfect location to visit Disneyland.

Nice vacation

It was very clean and had essentials we needed. Plenty of space, private & spacious backyard. There was an issue with ants in garbage can and another time in box of donuts on counter. Dishwasher didn’t seem to clean the dishes. Other than that it was great. We would come again!
