A 10 minute walk to Main Street and the Barlow, where you'll find fine dining, bakeries, wineries, breweries, and a Sunday farmers market. Only 25 minutes from Bodega Bay, it's the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway with easy access to all the best in Sonoma County!

Such a cute and cozy spot! Super clean, centrally located, and decorated in that perfect Joanna-Gaines style. Loved the vibe and would definitely stay here again.

Girls getaway

My friend and I stayed at this very beautiful home. The home was very comfortable, clean and loved the decor. The owner was friendly and very hospitable. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Sebastopol and would recommend this home to friends and family.

A two bedroom, 1 bath with a kitchen (doesn't have an oven, but I'm not on a vacation to cook), Quiet location. This stay is within walking distance of restaurants, groceries, and close to downtown and the Barlow. A 30-minute drive to Bodega Bay.Backyard access that includes bocce ball and a fire pit. Even our teenager had fun.

Great location

Laurie is a lovely person and her place is very comfy . She even let us charge our electric car! She did forget to mention her dogs in the listing. If you want to use the shared back yard you need to be okay with dogs

Fantastic stay in Sebastopol!

Our stay at Laurie’s rental could not have been more perfect 👌 Very clean, super cute with all the amenities you could ask for. 4 adults stayed here and it had everything we needed. A wonderful backyard that we wandered into but did not use as we were busy all day and it was very cold at night. We were out playing all day in the Redwood Forest Reserve, coastal hikes and wine tasting. Walked to all the restaurants for dinner too. Laurie was a great host!

Laurie was an excellent guest! They followed all of our house rules, communicated promptly and clearly, and were friendly and respectful throughout their stay. They left our home spotless and tidy, which we greatly appreciated. We would happily host Laurie and her family again anytime!

I love the location which is walking distance to downtown, the Barlow and multiple restaurants. It's one block from the Joe Rodota Trail. My house was originally built in 1906 and I extensively rebuilt and added on in 2006.
