Welcome to your perfect getaway in our cozy three-bedroom rental, where relaxation meets fun! Picture yourself unwinding after a day of adventure at the nearby community beach, soaking up the sun and enjoying the gentle waves. As evening falls, fire up the BBQ for a delightful cookout under the stars, creating unforgettable memories with loved ones. Afterward, dive into the soothing hot tub, letting all your cares melt away, while WCPM ensures every moment of your stay is exceptional. Gather around the pool table with friends and family, sharing laughter and friendly competition.

There is no AC in this house, and no garage.


NO BACHELOR/ BACHELORETTE PARTIES or any kind of parties at all!
*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 8 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm TO 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 3 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in all vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

We were scrambling for a last minute rental property after a VRBO booking unexpectedly fell through. This house was a pleasantly surprising upgrade! Highly recommend. Comfortable, clean and conveniently located. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location, nice house. Love the walking distance to the beach. One thing that can be improved is the backyard needs some work. Back porch needed to be swept off. Needs better patio furniture outside with an umbrella. Backyard was just dirt and rocks, not useable. For the price, should be able to enjoy the backyard more. Also large stains on carpet in living room, back screen door broken. With those improvements would give 5 stars.

Getaway with friends

The property is easy to get to and the house was set up well to enjoy friends and family. We had a nice time. It needs a little TLC and deep cleaning. Stained carpet, lot's of dust and cob webs, pool cues and table are a bit broken. I didn't understand that there was only central heat and not AC. We opened the windows and used the fans and did alright. Enjoyed the back patio but again this could use some TLC. This place has potential to be really nice with just a few upgrades and some good cleaning. Thank you.

Spendy for what you get, hot tub is there but jets didn't seem to work well. Nothing going on in the backyard, could be an opportunity for something easy/fun but it's mostly dirt and some grass. Private beach was great but surprised there were no water toys or kayaks to use with rental. We left inflatable tubes & pump in closet for others. Really cozy place, made me want to stay in the house!I didn't receive the check-in instructions but once I messaged them, they were quick to get it sent.

Wonderful home and host contact was great. Easy to relax and enjoy family. The pool table was a big hit and gathering spot. Beds were comfortable and everyone slept well.
