Outstanding outdoor living with private space around the property. There are board games, a playhouse, and bikes for the kids. Fully furnished, very spacious private house. Hi-speed internet and smart TVs. Four bedrooms contain a Master Suite with a king bed, with an additional futon couch, lounge area, TV, and a separate nursery. The nursery has a crib, porta-crib, hi-chair, baby bath, and stroller. Bedroom 2 -King bed with sofa, couch, and TV. Bedroom 3 - Queen bed with king day bed, and XXX-L Bean Bag & sofa couch. Bedroom 4 has a king bed. Large living room with Large TV, High-Speed Internet, game table, and desk. The family room includes a TV. Kitchen & dining for 14, not including a game table for 4. Outdoor living has seating for dining for 26 people, an outdoor bar and TV, a gazebo with a propane fire pit, outdoor logs with a wood-burning firepit, an 8x10 hot tub, and a unique custom outdoor shower. Close to many attractions such as Del Mar Race Track and Del Mar Fair, Lego Land, Wild Animal Park, Zoo, and Sea World. Close to Beaches, grocery stores, and dining.
