Wonderful retreat and place to relax after a day of sightseeing in San Diego. Seriously, the backyard, various seating options, tables, and activities was the perfect place for our family reunion to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. The house was ready to go when we got there. The owner did a wonderful job of answering my questions. The location was close to everything. And at night, it was very peaceful.

Great Location

Great location! Easy access to beach, Camp Pendleton, San Diego attractions, shopping, and food. Had a family BBQ and outdoor space was perfect for hosting. Lots of seating and relaxed atmosphere. House is huge! Tons of sleeping space. Host was easy to communicate with and gave clear directions. If we travel back I would definitely book this spot again.

All Needs Covered !

I was impressed with all areas of the property from inside to outside. Plenty of seating all around. Sleeping areas were comfortable. The kitchen area met all needs. We definitely appreciated the kids play area and toys. The infant children love the walker and their toys too. As I said before All Needs Covered.

Lots of room and great amenities!

A great venue for our family get-together. Spacious house with a variety of common areas. The outdoor amenities are also really great: fire pit, hot tub, and outdoor shower. Plenty of room to relax. Best of all, host Patty is friendly, communicates clearly and is very responsive.

Quite and quaint

The property was clean and well stocked. Plenty of places for people to sleep and gather. Everything was easy to locate appliances, towels, etc. Family, friendly with activities for children. We would definitely stay again.

Great place to host a family get together

Perfect location, very open yet secluded at the same time. Big house with a large master suite. lots of room in the house for gatherings, Felt like a vacation home and not staying at some ones house in a tract neighborhood. Will stay again!

California Beach party

Quiet secluded neighborhood but minutes to the stores and beach. Rooms were very large and lots of living room space for everyone and a 14 seat kitchen table, great for big meals together! Plus everything you need for the beach! Highly recommend for family vacation!

great place for a gathering

we had my rehearsal here and it had lots of places to hang and sit and we had a great stay. the toilets were slow to flush and fill and didnt do well with more people using them but overall great

Excellent location with all the amenities and well maintained.

Our family was in town for a wedding in San Marcos. This is a great central location with a close drive to the beaches in Carlsbad. The house is very nice and very private. All the amenities you need for a nice family get away. Patty is a very gracious host and welcomed us upon arrival. We would definitely recommend this location and will come back again.

Outstanding outdoor living with private space around the property. There are board games, a playhouse, and bikes for the kids. Fully furnished, very spacious private house. Hi-speed internet and smart TVs. Four bedrooms contain a Master Suite with a king bed, with an additional futon couch, lounge area, TV, and a separate nursery. The nursery has a crib, porta-crib, hi-chair, baby bath, and stroller. Bedroom 2 -King bed with sofa, couch, and TV. Bedroom 3 - Queen bed with king day bed, and XXX-L Bean Bag & sofa couch. Bedroom 4 has a king bed. Large living room with Large TV, High-Speed Internet, game table, and desk. The family room includes a TV. Kitchen & dining for 14, not including a game table for 4. Outdoor living has seating for dining for 26 people, an outdoor bar and TV, a gazebo with a propane fire pit, outdoor logs with a wood-burning firepit, an 8x10 hot tub, and a unique custom outdoor shower.
