Incredible VRBO for a family

We stayed for a week and we have a 2.5 year old and a 1 year old. This place was perfect in every way. It was clean and comfortable just like the listing. It’s a short walk to the beach but set back enough that it’s not too noisy. We had an amazing time and will be back!

Very Nice Rental

As soon as we opened the front door, we knew we were staying at a quality rental. The owners were always accessible to help with any questions or concerns. The place was extremely clean and updated and the location to the main beach was perfect. Extremely satisfied and will definitely rent again.

Tammy and Mark were wonderful hosts. Everything was communicated clearly and promptly. The cottage was clean, modern, and updated with new appliances having a patio and grill added to the lovely experience as we could chill out after a day at the beach. The location was perfect as it was a Seven minute walk from the cottage to a great spot at the beach, close to the bathhouse and all of the fun things along the boardwalk. Also, the street location is very convenient to arriving and leaving without having to circle through all of the one-way streets in the area. There is also a municipal parking lot very close to the cottage, which came in handy when friends and family from the region came to visit these are a plus host who take an immense amount of pride in the cottage. 10/10

Great vacation home base

Great location. It's a 5 minute straight shot walk to the central area at the beach. The house was clean and a really nice place to stay. The wifi was decent. Not super strong, but we were there for the beach anyway. My teens felt the bunk bed mattresses were a little thin so we ran to Target to get some cheap foam mattress pads which fixed it. The queen bed was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed. The air conditioners were greatly appreciated, especially when it hit above 90 degrees. We were very comfortable and loved having this home base for our vacation.

On a bien aimé les appartements et où ils étaient situés mais un petit bémol dans un des appartements il manquait un sofa lit il y avait un sofa mais il ne faisait pas un lit alors ils nous manquait deux places pour dormir on aurait du nous prévenir

WONDERFUL

We rented both units for the week. The property is as described. We celebrated a much needed vacation with a relaxing and peaceful place to just relax. Close to everything without being in a noisy environment this is the second time I have stayed here and look forward to many more. Tammy and Mark are awesome. Thanks for the opportunity to bring my family together.

Great location for the beach

This was a perfect house for a week at the beach. It was very clean with many more amenities than we planned. Fully stocked kitchen as far as plates, utensils and cooking items. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 children. Bonus with the laundry. Made it so easy to not pack a ton of clothes. A short 7 to 10 minute walk to the beach right up the road near the public restrooms. Will definitely be staying here again!

Great rental for the week!

This property was very clean and well kept. A short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to stay at Hampton Beach!

Both owners we're extremely genuine and very understanding i had my toddler sons with me!

upon arriving on our family vacation (New destination starting new traditions) i open the front door & they bought my boys beach toys as well as left an very sweet welcoming note! We are hoping to make this our new annual family vacation spot 2 continue making beautiful family memories ❤ Thank you very much you guys My little family was very comfortable & happy!

Ideal Vacation Spot

This was the best beach rental my family and I have ever rented. The house was immaculately clean and very spacious. The owner was easily accessible via phone during our week. The distance to the beach was a 5 minute walk and it was off the busy area of the beach. There is plenty of room for up to 3 vehicles, a grill and outside seating. I was most impressed with how clean the place was! Plenty of room for up to 9 people.We will certainly be booking this home again!

Great Hampton Vacation Home

The property was exactly as it was describe on the website. Very clean, close to the beach and had a fully equipped kitchen. Tammy was very approachable and quick to respond to any questions we had. Would most definitely stay here again!!!

Love love love the rental Tammy and hubby we will be back next year,I have been up here for fifty years and by far this is the best going thru a private owner,have had very bad experience with rentals thru Preston and Harrison rentals not clean or safe.

Amazing

This was an incredible week ,Incredible place, ,we had an amazing time, the place was Beautiful and very comfortable . Tammy was great getting back to us right away on couple questions we had. We would do this again every summer for double the time. Thank you Mark and Tammy
