There is a great surf break right in front of the house as well as multiple legendary, world-class surf spots within 5-10 minutes drive (Punta Roca, Sunzal, La Paz). If surfing is not your thing, head out for a walk along the beautiful, sandy beach that stretches for miles.

The sunsets from the property are breathtaking and you won’t want to miss them. The evenings after sundown are a great time to hangout by the pool under the light of the moon.
