It’s close to the best restaurants in town . 7 min. Drive to El Tunco, 20 minutes from sunset park , surf city 1 hour from the airport. Its located in El Palmarcito . El Cocalito provides all the amenities needed in daily life, to enjoy your stay.

This property was very spacious and lovely, perfect for a family stay. I loved that this property was private, & had a gate for safety. The owner was very attentive & was quick to answer all of our questions. Great place to stay if you’re looking to visit all of the surrounding beaches.

It was great having Christopher and his family stay with us at villa el Cocalito. Great guests followed house rules and left the house clean .we are looking forward to hosting them again on their next trip .
