The kids loved the movie theater and all of the other amenitites. The porperty was very clean and comfortable and very close to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

What a fantastic time we had as a family at this cabin! The host Rabia was the perfect host. She was very kind, always available and responded really quickly, super polite and made us all feel very welcome, the surprise donuts were the icing on the cake and such a nice touch. This cabin is in one of the better locations in the resort because you have privacy on the back and views of the mountains too. Everything was so comfortable and nice, we really enjoyed our time and will 100% book again with Rabia in the future!

We had a large multi- family trip here. The location was amazing if you are looking for something not in the tourist areas but close enough that you can easily access the tourist attractions. The neighborhood pool area was incredible. We took advantage of the outdoor movies, pools, and splash pad. The cabin was very clean with really fun amenities. We will be returning!

We had a large family gathering of 13, and this cabin could not have been better for us! The layout gave everyone some privacy and also had plenty of gathering space. The kids really loved the game room, pool and theatre room. The pool had a locked door and an alarm, which I really appreciated! Every part of the cabin was clean and had everything we needed, including plenty of towels, well appointed kitchen, and extra blankets/pillows. We used the grill for dinner and found everything we needed easily. The pool and hot tub were clean and perfect for a rainy day! We even had mountain views off the back decks.Check in was very easy, and Rabia was an excellent and communicative host. She sent a manual with clear instructions for everything, and made sure we had absolutely everything we needed and then some! We did have to flip a breaker on once, but the manual made it easy to find and take care of. The resort pool area was amazing! Everything was very clean and well kept, and there was enough there to keep us busy all day. We played pool, pickleball, mini golf, cornhole and of course, swam in the pool and lazy river. We had other plans in town, but honestly we could have stayed here and had a great time with just the resort and cabin amenities. If we are ever back in town I would absolutely stay here again. If you’re traveling with kids you can’t go wrong with this cabin!

We had a wonderful three night stay in the beautiful Lazy Bear Lodge. Our host was very responsive, answering questions and checking on our needs. She even surprised us with donuts!! The cabin is beautifully appointed with everything our multi aged group could ask for in entertainment and comfort. The huge variety of amenities at the resort park were a big hit! The entire area was pristine and well maintained. Everyone in our group wanted to stay longer. We’ll definiitely come back and hope to make it an annual event!!

Beautiful home. Minor concerns (wifi not working) but easy to contact host who took care of everything promptly. Day 2 donuts were a welcome treat. Indoor pool was fun for our little grandchildren. Older grandchildren enjoyed the video games!

3 Family Retreat

We decided to spend the last week of 2024 in the Smoky Mountains. Between our 3 families, we had kids between 10 and 17 and this place had activities for everyone. Great Location, terrific communication and extremely clean. The complex is in the middle of construction, but this didn’t hinder our stay in any way.Would highly recommend if your ever traveling with a large group.

Wonderful!

This cabin was a great for accommodating our large family with 8 adults and 6 kids under 12. The cabin was beautiful, clean and was perfect with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms for every bedroom. The indoor pool, game space and theater area kept the kids entertained at times when we were at the cabin! The water park and pool area was beautiful and exceeded my expectations! Beautiful pool, lazy river, splash pad and hot tub area! The staff at the pool even decorated for the 4th of July and had special games for the kids! The host was wonderful, provided great information, responded to a few questions I had within minutes, and even sent over donuts for our family! Overall, a great stay which made for a wonderful vacation for our family. I would absolutely rent this cabin or rent from this host again!

Excellent Stay!

Very happy with the decision to stay at this cabin. The owner was incredibly responsive. They responded to a question at midnight on the weekend, within 5 minutes. The cabin is in a very desirable location and has beautiful views. Cabin was clean and in great condition. This cabin provided everything we hoped for to deliver a great vacation. Very close to shopping if you want to wait to purchase your groceries instead of traveling with them. The only thing I could see being a minor concern in the future could be the size of the community pool. It could get very crowded later in the day. With the continued development in progress the resort may need an additional community pool to accommodate more users. At the current time there were no issues though, just your average busy pool area. I can’t say enough positive comments about our stay.
