Guest Access:

A code will be sent to you 24 hours prior to arrival. The house has keyless entry. Guest also have free access to the resort durning operating hours when booking with Smoky Mountain Vacation Cabins.



The Neighborhood:

🏖️ Smith Creek Reserve and water park community. Free resort waterpark included when booking with Smoky Mountain Vacation Cabins - Open Seasonally March through October. Water activities are closed for Jan. and Feb. Winter months if temp. is below 60 degrees water activities may be closed.



Getting Around:

🚘 You will need a car to get around. We are about 1 mile from The Parkway

⚠️ 4 wheel drive is not needed to get to the cabin in the winter.

✅ No steep roads or switch backs.

Please understand that refunds are not available for non-working amenities, but our team will always do everything possible to resolve any issues quickly. This property is A!! My family met from all over the country to celebrate my son's graduation from UTK, and it was the perfect rental. The house is spacious and immaculate. The beds were comfortable, and each bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen is set up with the perfect amenities. There are video games, a pool table, an indoor pool, and more, to keep everyone happy. Michael consistently answered any questions I had within 20 minutes and was sincere in his desire for us to have an amazing graduation weekend. I highly recommend this property.

The Great Escape was on point! From communication with host, ease of check in/out, property amenities and cleanliness, our experience here did not disappoint! Host was quick to respond to questions and requests. We were provided with plenty of linens, bathroom toiletries and kitchen supplies. The entertainment options were limitless. House was really fantastic, clean, well stocked, everything decorated nicely. No critiques, other than the front porch steps were a little hard with no railing for my parents, but we solved it with use of a rocking chair. Made a great trip of memories for our family, glad we had the opportunity to stay here and hope we do again in the future.

The cabin seemed great when we arrived, although we noticed a few roaches in the basement. We didn’t think much of it at the time and assumed it was an isolated issue. Unfortunately, the situation was very different the following day.When we returned that evening, we began finding roaches throughout the property, including the bedrooms. We spent much of the evening cleaning, checking the beds and linens, and trying to make the space safe for our group. The infestation was bad enough that half of our party left and stayed at another hotel.I stayed because we had elderly travelers with us and I did not want to uproot them late at night and have them search for another place to stay. I contacted the host around 2 a.m. to report the issue. They responded promptly and said they would call the next morning.Unfortunately, the conversation felt more defensive than sympathetic. We provided photos and videos, and were told the recent heavy rains may have contributed to the problem. They offered to treat the property, but with children in our group, we were not comfortable staying another night.We were offered only a partial refund because some members of our group remained at the property. We understood their position, but this was an unexpected situation that we could not have reasonably anticipated or prevented.Overall, this experience was extremely unfortunate and significantly disrupted our vacation. We understand that pest issues can happen, but we expected a mor

As soon as you reached out at 2 a.m., we responded immediately and offered professional treatment the following morning.We take pest control very seriously and work with professional exterminating teams regularly to keep the cabin clean and safe, which is why this situation was unexpected. Heavy seasonal rains in the area can occasionally push outdoor pests to seek shelter inside, but we have since re-treated the property thoroughly. Our stay was wonderful, and we were especially grateful to be able to celebrate my mother’s birthday. Although she passed away several years ago, my family continues to honor and celebrate her special day every year, so this trip was very meaningful to us.The house was very clean overall, although there was a slight mildew smell in the pool area. The amenities were excellent, and my family thoroughly enjoyed the game room, pool, hot tub, and spacious kitchen. The sleeping arrangements were also very comfortable, and there was ample parking for all of our vehicles.We especially enjoyed the on-site water park, which was a great addition to our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely visit again!

Nice property, clean and had all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. Lots of room for our three families with plenty of parking. The resort was very nice and although this property was at the farthest end from the resort it offered more privacy with back decks overlooking the woods. The kids had plenty to do with all the games and arcade machines. There is a lot of electronics in the home so you do need some expertise in trying to figure out remotes and operations. Beds were very comfortable and they also provided plenty of linens and beach towels. Great location as well!

The host Michael was wonderful from start to finish. He was attentive to our needs and handled everything promptly and professionally. The house was clean and ready to use upon arrival. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked. The kids loved the pool at the house and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The resort area was well planned and everyone liked that too. We didn’t spend much time at the house so the play areas hardly got used.

Communication with the host was fast which was great. The house sits right next to a new build so that is very annoying, but out of their control. It will be lovely once the entire area is developed. The kitchen should really have an extra large fridge or at least a double, we really had a hard time finding space for food for the 4 families staying there. The amenities were great, and the kids were content hanging at the house verses going out to do something every night. Not too far from Ripken which is why we were there. Overall it was a nice week and plenty of space for the 4 families with a total of 9 kids.

The property was everything as advertised. Between all of the activities in the house (pool, golf simulator, arcade and PlayStations) and the waterpark in the front of the neighborhood, we didn’t really need to leave the property. We will definitely stay here again.
