This home offers ample space to spread out and enjoy your surroundings. This home offers 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths as well as a front reading room and a large loft to enjoy a movie night! Community has a lot to offer - Shared clubhouse, outdoor pool, playground, sauna, steam room, pickle ball and basketball courts, gym, game room, 2 pool tables, walking paths and a weekend shuttle to the beach during summer season! Indoor pool is for owner use only. Tennis can be found in neighboring associations for a fee. Amenities are not included. You can purchase wristbands for anyone over 6 years of age at the clubhouse for $38 per person per week. There is parking for 2 cars in the garage and 2 in the driveway.
