Quiet, up close mountain view, great clubhouse facilities and parking

Property is dated with a great view. Is very functional and clean as possible. Location, parking, pool, hot tubs fantastic. Unit owner management very responsive. We hope to be back next year!

Frisco Condo

Property is dated, has some stains on carpet and old everything, but it was in a great location, had a great clubhouse pool and hot tub and was steps from mainstreet in Frisco. Very close to major ski resorts as well.

Great Location, Great Space

This was great for family with teens. It's an older unit which means more space. Great views, and easy access to many resorts and downtown Frisco in a lovely walkable neighborhood. We will definitely be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented numerous properties in Frisco over the past 19 years. The location is great and property is very quiet. However, this unit needs major updating. Furniture old, worn, mismatched. Carpet stained. I was disappointed in the quality of the rental.

The condo was well stocked, comfortable, easy to access, great covered parking, and great pool/hottub. We also enjoyed the fireplace. Needs an Update

Overall, the stay was good. The unit itself needs a complete overhaul. Recliner in the living room is broken, coffee maker does not work, and the carpets are very badly stained. Amenities in the common space were really nice and the location can’t be beat if you’re looking to hit different resorts during your trip. Host sent the wrong access code for the front door but quickly responded with the correct one. For the right price. I’d stay here again.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were taken away by the views from our back porch! The location was great and easy to find. There was some confusion about the bedding situation as we were told several times we would have 5 beds only to show up and find out that one was an air mattress that wouldn’t stay inflated and the other was literally a mat that you lay on the floor. We were misled to believe that 5 beds meant 5 legit beds. Only a few days prior to our stay did we find out that was not the case only because the app showed different than what we had been told (multiple times). We did go through a travel agent, so maybe there was some miscommunication. Aside from the bed situation, we were content with the place. We would stay there again we just hope they are more transparent about the sleeping arrangements next time so we can come prepared.

Frisco / Copper MTN 2021

Great location, unit had good amount of space in living and sleeping areas, underground parking a plus and having a recycling bin nearby was also helpful. Hot tub closed due to Covid (I guess?). Dirty dishes were put away and we later found that the automatic dishwasher does poor job. Also, the pots, pans and cooking utensils need to be upgraded. However, fun was had by all and will go back.

Mixed bag

The previous two reviews are both correct. The unit is quite dated, with the stained carpet referenced by a previous guest, chipped enameled steel sinks, etc., etc. However, it is relatively large and comfortable, everything worked, it was located near but out of the downtown area, it has underground parking for one car, and it was quite affordable. One thing: the sofa does NOT make out into a bed, so if you have six people expecting to all sleep on beds, someone is going to be disappointed. However, it appeared that the sofa might be reasonably comfortable for a child or a short adult. There is a small gas grill on the large deck. The deck is probably not something particularly useful for a wintertime stay, but nice during the summer. It was from the deck that I saw a bear running through the sprinklers one morning! For those who have trouble with stairs, this unit has a ramp leading to that level (basically a half floor above ground level), which is important because there are no elevators for the second and third floor units. So if you want something upscale, you should probably avoid this unit, but if you are looking for an inexpensive condo and aren't particularly concerned about appearances, this could be a good choice.

Not well kept.

Carpet really old and looked patched, lots of stains; dishwasher was a challenge to load and unload; bathrooms not well lit because bulbs burned out; ssllooww coffee pot; not dirty but looked that way. Unit needs updating!
