I searched ocean lakes on VRBO, and found this property. It looked nice, so I attempted to book it. I waited and waited for confirmation, and it never came, so I booked another property as we were leaving in 2 days. Once I booked another property, almost 48 hours later after I had attempted to book, she confirmed my booking. I, immediately, within seconds, messaged her and told her what happened and to please refund me the money. No reply. I called VRBO twice and they attempted to contact them, no reply, I called the number for them, no answer. Even if I would have stayed here, that made me extremely uneasy. What if something was wrong at the property and I needed to get a hold of them? It’s been a week, and STILL crickets. I was charged for this property, and never set foot inside it. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Some things need added to the listing description. The linens aren’t included. That wasn’t stated in the description. There was no toilet paper, paper towels, or trash bags. So I had to go to the store as soon as we arrived. Also, the lights on the golf cart do not work. I tried asking the owner about it, but never got a reply.

The host was incredible to work with. There was a few issues, the dryer was not working. The owner had amazing communication though and apologized for the inconvenience.
