Great location

We had a great stay. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The only minor issue was that there was a musty smell in the unit.

Great place

Perfect for us!! We stayed 5 nights with our grandson. It is plenty of room. Loved the washer, dryer and pool. It was very clean and Cindy was very helpful. We will stay again.

Perfect mid-summer get away

The property was absolutely terrific. Fully stocked with amenities and thoroughly clean throughout. Location was excellent with a short walk to all of the amenities offered by the La Costa Resort. Our stay was excellent, and I highly recommend this property for any stay in the Carlsbad area. You will enjoy it.

The stay would have been a 5 star except that there was one little rattle that seemed to come from the pocket door or upper window to the door to the bedroom that we could not figure out how to totally eliminate. Otherwise, the place was perfect for our needs.

Perfect for work and/or social events

Very nice, very clean, comfortable bed, basically everything you may need was available. Definitely will stay again and recommend to others Only one inconvenient incident the first night. At around 2:15 am someone banged on door and rang doorbell twice awaking me (frightened), but I know this is out of your control. The rest were great

Excellent Location

The property is in excellent condition. The owners have provided extra towels and several other Items that made the stay more comfortable. Anything we looked for was there for our use. It would have been nice to use the larger pools and gym at the resort but it was clear in the listing that these were not included. We did have other items that aren’t in the resort rooms which made up for that. An example is the washer and dryer.

A Real Gem

We stay all around the world. This property is nothing short of a real gem. The listing information is completely accurate. Quiet and very comfortable in every regard. Everything is of sound quality and we wanted for nothing. The management company and in particular Cindy was a true ambassador for this property with polite expediency whenever required. Smoke and mold odors throughout property. Toilets constantly running. Unit either too hot or too cold.

Thank you for your review. The items mentioned have been addressed by the HOA. The unit does have a wall heat/AC unit and is only a year old at this time. Toilets were fixed while you were there.

Lovely property but check in was a little difficult because of parking issue. garage opener was not found on kitchen counter as is reported in the listing requiring us to unload on the street. We later found the fob for the garage in the tv control basket. Then, the fob did not open the gate and had to be reprogrammed. Charles and Sara were both very helpful in solving these issues. We had a delightful stay and would not hesitate to stay again.

Great location

This is a great rental, very clean in a good location. Only downside was the complex entry process into and out of the garage, which is the only parking option. It would be great for the parking and building access to be easier.... But I know the owner can't control that aspect. Other than that inconvenience, this was a great place!

Return to San Diego

This condo was a wonderful place for our stay in San Diego. The property is clean, comfortable and extremely convenient to navigate the county. The property manager was outstanding. All communication was very welcoming and prompt. Thank you for the excellent stay!! We will continue to visit San Diego throughout the year and hope to stay in this exact unit. :)

Better than the hotel

We’ve stayed on property many times and we personally thought staying at this condo beat staying at the hotel if you are staying longer than a night or 2. This specific unit is updated, clean, has an extra bathroom, a washer and dryer. It is really just perfect! We would not hesitate to rebook in the future.

Christmas in California

My husband and I stayed 4 nights for the Christmas holiday. The unit was clean, nicely furnished with attractive art work and had a good size kitchen complete with everything needed to fix meals. The powderoom (addtional bath) was helpful with guests. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing apartment, amazing location

We spent a week at this apartment this last August. The apartment itself was extremely well appointed with the appliances (washer,dryer, dishwasher etc) all being brand new and all the plates, glassware, cookware etc we could need. There were 4 of us staying so we used the (seemingly new) pullout couch queen as well as the kind bed in the master, both very comfortable. Secure parking in the garage was great but more often than not there were available spots right in front of the building. Location wise it's perfect. We spent time in LA, San Diego, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Oceanside and it's so convenient for them all. You have full access to the Omri resorts shops, bar and restaurants (3 minute walk), just make sure to make your pool reservations (via the ResortPass app) early as a couple of days were sold out. Couldn't have asked for a better stay, will definitely go again.

Condo at Omni Resort

All of the furnishings appeared to be new, with nice decor. I was disappointed that there was not a hot tub, but did use the pool. We had trouble with the keys, but the propert manager came when we called and got the door open for us. It's a very nice place.

La Costa vacation

Condo handled very well by agency that has a voice. All queries were answered in a timely basis and helped in all situations. The condo is clean, quiet and comfortable. The checkout process was a snap and my deposit was returned to me within 48 hours.

Great Place to Stay

We have stayed in La Costa before, but this VRBO was: Clean, Quiet, Comfortable, Well Supplied, and on and on. We really enjoyed our visit to Carlsbad, and will stay here again.

15 day stay at LaCosta

It was an easy experience with great instruction. This unit is well represented in the photos and written features. Liked being able to close off the bedroom with the pocket doors. Liked having a half bath in addition to the full. This unit has a full kitchen with adequate utensils and a dishwasher. Liked having the washer and dryer in the unit. Plenty of storage space. Some previous reviews mentioned lack of paper products but we had plenty. The only negative is that I expected a king bed this had a queen. It was very comfortable though. I did check out an open house in this building which was a studio unit. Kind of strange layout. Overall I would stay at this unit again and highly recommend it.
