Enjoyed the stay! Not a condo to bring children. Very cluttered with too many personal decor and many rugs and furniture.. it was great for 4 adults. Easy access to the beach with just a short walk. We would stay there again with only adults

This was our first visit to Destin. It was perfect. The communication , beach attendants, gated security, parking, and location were spot on. 10/10. We will definitely return.

WONDERFUL

The condo was beautiful and very relaxing; I loved the decor and all the books in the sitting room. I would highly recommend staying here and will be staying here again on my next visit to the beach.

Great vacation place. Very convenient to get to beach. Only issue was we were only placed on front row of beach one day during our six day stay. We were were promised two.

No beach Wi-Fi? Incorrect rental info on emailed form, no can opener in the condo?

Beautiful scenery! Beautiful Condo but the concierge left a lot to be desired I did reach out to the concierge about my complaints and heard nothing back the whole week we were there!! No such thing as customer service.. I probably will not come for vacation there again because of this

Great place BUT…

This condo is definitely among the nicer places I’ve stayed at. A weird thing is that it’s numbered for the 11th floor, but it’s a 10th floor unit, which served as an unnecessary hurdle at 10pm when we arrived. View of the beach is amazing. The place is spotless and it is as described. The managers send you a TON of unnecessary text messages and they weren’t quite as quick to respond at that time as others we have experienced. There were no laundry pods in the laundry room, so we had to run to target to get some. There wasn’t really anything in the unit, not even bottles of water, which is a cheap thing that’s nice to have for your guests, given the distance from where you’ll inevitably end up parking, up the elevator, the hot temps during the summer, and finally, to get up to the unit. One thing that threw me off were the CHARGES you end up with after booking. You think it’s one rate and BAM! It’s double, almost triple due to all the extra charges. 3 nights there costed $2200. I’m thinking those extra charges did not go to the actual unit owner, though I could be wrong. Although this place was great, it’s probably be cheaper to rent two rooms for three nights each at a nice hotel, instead. At any rate, it’s a nice unit.

This was the most memorable beach rental we've ever stayed in. It was so extremely spacious and they had 2 thermostats so it was plenty cool. The beds were very comfy. Layout was great and the decor was so unique we all loved it! Beach access was the shortest distance we've ever had and it even comes with 2 beach chairs plus umbrella and that was undeniably convenient the whole week! The only problem we had was nothing to do with the condo, but the HOA and front gate. Something must have happened with the HOA because it would not recognize our car, and the property gate manager did not have our information so she would not let us through until we contacted the property owners/managers. That was a problem 2 separate days. But besides that we loved it! Highly recommend this unit!

We enjoyed the beautiful views of the beach from the living room. This property was very clean and spacious and the layout was nice. The pool on the property was very nice and the perfect temperature.
