Everything was as pictured and described. It is well stocked and very comfortable. The location is great. It is close to the beach and great restaurants. Lawrence was quick to respond. I would definitely stay again.

Great spot

Great location between Kihei and Wailea if you have transportation. Free parking and no extra fees made it an easy choice to be mobile on Maui. Condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay like chair, beach towels and full kitchen. 2 full bathrooms make getting ready a breeze. We normally do hotels, but Lawrence made a transition to a condo super easy!

The perfect stay! 5 star all round.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lawrence’s gorgeous and perfectly located home, albeit all too short. The bedroom is beautiful with an incredibly comfortable bed; the spacious living area is also big and very tastefully decorated, featuring a few of Lawrence’s beautiful nature photos as well as big comfy sofas and a TV with an amazing sound system. The sunny kitchen was fully equipped and offered even more than we needed. The property’s swimming pool and jacuzzi are set in a delightful garden with ponds and tropical plants, all very beautiful and only a short walk to lovely beaches.Lawrence couldn’t have been more accommodating and communicative. He responded immediately to all our queries and needs and allowed us an early arrival and even offered us a late departure, which was so incredibly helpful. Lawrence really is the most gracious host.I highly recommend Lawrence and his beautiful home for short or long stays; we could have stayed for weeks very happily. Thanks for everything Lawrence!

Awesome condo

We had a wonderful time at this condo and we highly recommend it. The condo is comfortable and spacious. It had lots of extras that really come in handy on vacation. The location is very central to many favorite areas on the island. Lawrence (the owner) was very responsive when we needed some support. We would definitely rent this condo again in the future. Great accommodations for a couple

Lawrence was a great host with great communication. His suggestions were great and would recommend his place to any other couples looking to enjoy Maui and Wailea. The kitchen had surprisingly anything you’d need and we throughly enjoyed our stay.

The perfect paradise with paradise

This place is even better than the pictures!! Right in the middle of a beautiful upscale neighborhood, it feels more like a home than an apartment. The instructions on everything are crystal clear by the owner who has put in a lot of love in this home. We rven used to cook our breakfast everyday the kitchen being well- equipped. The air conditiong is very good, the lanai has great views too! 2 baths in a 1 bedroom is a definite add on!! If ure planning to stay in Maui, this place is a cherry on the cake!

Lawrence’s Maui Getaway…

Perfect Condo in Paradise!

The condo was perfect! Spotless, well furnished, accurately described, and communication with Lawrence was prompt and pleasant. Perfect location and stay!

The condo was perfect for our Maui vacation. Location was quiet and very convenient to all of the shoppes, restaurants, and resorts. Pool/spa onsite and beach in walking distance. Unit was updated with all of the needs and wants with open concept and oversized lanai. New AC minsplit was great to provide cooling and was quiet. TV/Bose was a nice feature for unwinding with music, or enjoying a late night movie. Host was personable and responsive.

The beautiful palms

We have stayed at the palms over 10 times and we love the location and we love Wailea!The host was easy to communicate with and the condo was just ok! They had one ac in the bedroom and it did not work well at all! Lots of construction going on so would have been nice to have to close window! Other than that ammentities were great!

I am originally from San Diego and moved to NYC 20 years ago and as much as I love NYC I need a getaway and Maui for me is pure paradise. I rented at the Palms several times and fell in love with the property but was never that happy with the units I rented I think because I usually got carpeted units which I dislike and the entertainment features were old fashioned and I love to spend my evenings at home cooking and enjoying good movie. I am a Hairstylist and photographer in NYC and have a love for the right lighting so you always look your best. Peter Lik is a phographer that has inspired me to capture beautiful landscapes and I print the on fuji flexchrome crystal archive paper which is light sensitive which is why I have everything on dimmers. I also want to say that living in NYC I am exposed to the latest trends and styles. I love hotels like the W because they have a modern but simple way of making life feel new and refreshing and the old Hawaiian style with wicker, floral prints and old Hawaiian art is just so last decade I needed to go contemporary. With 2 nonstop flights to Honolulu from NYC I can only hope that my style will inspire you to stay with me.

After looking at alot of units in Kihei I just wasn't happy there, they are much older structures and uninspiring to me while the Palms feels like one of the most luxurious resorts in the world and feel very very inspired and lucky to be an owner here.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Things to do: Sunrise over Haleakala, The road to Hana, Big Makenna beach and Little beach, Snorkeling at Ahi’hi which is just passed Big Beach,
Restaurants I love are Monkey Pod, Pita Paradise (ask for Mike and tell him I sent you), Fancy dinner at Four Seasons Spago and Nicks Fish Market at Fairmont Kea Lani.
Try to visit Paia it’s a great place to hangout and shop and there is an organic market on Baldwin avenue called Mana foods that is amazing.
There is a restaurant passed Paia called Mamas Fish house which is one the top restaurants in the western hemisphere. Just passed Mama’s is an amazing beach called Ho’okipa that is a big windsurfing and surfing beach and there at sunset the turtles come out of the water on to the beach and spend the night so a very cool thing to watch.

The location and gounds of the Palms is unbelievable. Being a New Yorker I don't drive in the city and in Maui the spead limit is usually 30 miles an hour so no stress and the beaches and amazing hotels are minutes away and when driving here the time goes by so fast because of the surreal landscapes you take in everywhere you go.
