The Manager Kimberly was amazing. I give her a 10. She made things very easy and answered all of my questions very quickly. My family and I had a wonderful time. The place we stayed was very roomy and nice. The only issue was that they need new cleaning people. The shower had hair on the walls and floor of the shower and in the bed. The bathtub in the main room was a massage tub which had particles coming out the vents. We tried to clear the particles about 5 times and it did not help. Hubby and I was a little disappointed that we could not use the tub in our room. If these things are fixed it would be even better. Thanks again Kim.
