It's a great neighborhood for a family stroll. It's also super close to many local attractions, including a short walk to La Pintoresca Park & Pasadena Library (great for kids), and is just an 8-minute drive to the endless romantic boutiques, shops, dining and nightlife in nearby Old Town Pasadena! It's also a 7-minute drive to the iconic Pasadena Rose Bowl. This is a lovely space for anyone looking for a short getaway or more long term visit to the heart of Pasadena.
The property was perfect for our concert at the Rose Bowl. We were able to walk to and from the venue. Would definitely recommend.

Short and Sweet
Everything about this place was as amazing as the pictures and the description. It was very spacious, clean, and so beautiful. This place was definitely 10/10 recommend and wish we could have stayed longer!! Thank you for everything!

We are a local family (myself, my husband and our two young boys) that specialize in the real estate industry and we have other short term vacation rentals in Southern CA. We love creating beautiful spaces for people to enjoy and we specifically bought this property so we could live in the front unit and rent out the back two townhouses as short term rentals. We had so much fun setting them up and are excited to share them with our guests.

This property is located in Garfield Heights which is a beautiful area of Central Pasadena known for homes with older historic architecture. This location is great in that it feels very much like a family neighborhood with sidewalks and tree lined streets (perfect for going on a sunshine stroll) but is also super close to the world famous shopping and dining in nearby Old town Pasadena. (about a 7 minute drive) This location is also a few blocks away from the Pasadena Public Library and a wonderful park (Pintoresca Park) that features a splash pad in the summer.

SETUP OF PROPERTY: The property is a large 5,780 sq ft Victorian triplex that consists of 3 attached units with separate entrances (it feels very much like 3 private townhouses) Our personal unit is accessed in the front and the 2 townhouses that we offer as short term rentals are accessed from the back at the end of the long driveway. The driveway and backyard area are community space for all units and you will have your own dedicated parking space. There is an outdoor table with chairs that you are welcome to use that serves as community space as well. Our unit's front yard is separately fenced off and not available to guests but everything else is community space.
