Kauai Beach Villas D 13, 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath, Ground floor unit with Private Lanai off of the Living Room, Walk to Beach, free Wifi and free Parking!

Enjoy tropical lagoon views from your porch/lanai, on a centrally located, Hawaiian piece of paradise. This beautiful property is situated oceanfront on lush acres of Kauai's eastern shore. Conveniently located between Kauai’s south and north shores, making it perfect for your island adventures. Only minutes from the airport, Costco, Walmart and Shopping. You will go thru a tree canopy lined drive that leads to the Kauai Beach Resort and Villas. Several acres of beach front property to enjoy and explore. Paradise will be your back yard!

Conveniently located just minutes by car to the Lihue airport, Wailua Golf Course, Lydgate Beach Park, Kamalani Playground, and the Wailua River Fern Grotto.

PROPERTY AMENITIES:
2-bedroom, 2-bath with full kitchen and separate living area.
Master has a king bed. 2nd Bedroom has 2 full size beds. Condo can sleep 6 people.
Beach Gear: Beach Towels, Beach Chairs, umbrella, and cooler.
Please note no Snorkel gear.
Complimentary Wifi and Parking.

Kauai Beach Villas is set on a 3 mile long beach.


The Outrigger Kauai Beach Resort is next door. Their restaurants (Naupaka Terrace, Shutters lounge and Starbucks) are open to the Public.
Added bonus some nights there is live music to enjoy at Shutters lounge.
If you left something at home there is the
Island Market/Apparel and Sundry Shop at the resort.


This is a non-smoking unit and smoking is also not permitted on the lanai. No pets.

Our experience at the Villas was excellent! The place was just perfect! We love the check in process, the area, location was perfect! The house was warm and comfortable! We love the recliner sofas! The cleanliness. The Kitchen and dinning were my favorite parts! It was also helpful to have spices and sugar with other stuffs needs for cooking! It was very easy and convenient to communicate with the property contact person. She was super nice, friendly, and courteous!

This villa was amazing! We were there for our daughter’s wedding and were able to have a cookout with both families. The proximity to the pools and beach was very convenient. All of the staff were friendly and amazing. If ever coming back to Kauai we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We for the most part, had a lovely stay at this property. There was still some confusion over using the properties pools and facilities. Be sure to communicate with owners and management. The condo is clean and well supplied . We had a great family wedding celebration.

We did not have a beach view apartment. A lot of apartments with beach view were under renovation. We had to walk 5 mnts to the beach. The best part was the sunrise. Everyday we would walk to the beach to watch sunrise over the ocean

Nice pool

Property grounds are pretty well maintained, centrally located to North and South areas, near airport, older building, quiet area, pool area is very nice, it was also nice to have access to the Outrigger Resort pools next door.

Unit had a mildew smell. Overall needs some updates in the home. We never could use the patio due to the chickens and chicken poop everywhere. We tried to clean it but they would come back and get it dirty again.

Easy Going Stay

My family and I absolutely love the location and quality of the condo. We were thrilled that it was on the ground floor, which made it super easy to access all the resort amenities. It was just a short walk to the pool and the other resort facilities. The condo had everything we needed, including towels, a small cooler, and beach chairs. I really appreciated the easy communication between the host and myself. We had no trouble getting in and out, and following instructions during check-in and checkout. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a great condo experience.

Great place to stay. Great location on the island, right in the middle east side. Two boys had to share the two beds. Perfect. We found beach chairs, but forgot to grab them. Easy to get in on bottom floor. Played with all the chickens and roosters. We didn't have time to use the pool area but it looked great. I would say if you go to Kauai, stay here for like 8 to 10 days to get it all in. Would have easily stayed for 3 more days. Especially here. Thank you!
