RIGHT ON THE BEACH This two bedroom townhouse is just a few yards from the waves

“The Beach 2” really is on the beach! It's so close to the ocean that building here would no longer be allowed. Kapa'a Sands is situated on a low bluff above the waves, so close that you can literally throw a pebble from the lanai into the sea. The sweet short path down to the beach is half a dozen steps across the lawn from the lanai. The whole home bathes you in the sound of waves breaking on the coral reef clearly visible below. Turtles can sometimes be seen from the lanai playing in the breaking surf. Yet every amenity is right at hand. Sleep is blissful, enveloped by ocean sounds and breezes which flow through thanks to an excellent design with full jalousie windows throughout.

We are Canadian family, Dad a retired criminal defence lawyer who had had enough snow shoveling and now lives a few blocks from the condos, plus four adult kids in Calgary and on Saltspring Island B.C. We've been on Kauai as much as possible since discovering it for ourselves in 2009 and we've been keenly involved in vacation rental owner-management here since 2012. We all think it's the best place in the world and we love helping travellers to come here, and making their stays fun and easy!

Safe ocean swimming, the 8 mile bike path right along the beach, the pleasures of charming Kapa'a town and convenient centrally-based access to anywhere. Like us, you may never want to leave...

"The Beach 2”, the divine Kapa'a Sands 2, sits directly on Baby Beach a literal pebble's throw in front of the home's two beachfront lanais. Sheltered swimming in Lae Nanai Bay is just a hundred yards or so away along the sand. A peaceful, elegant, sensitively modernised home from which to enjoy one of the Island's very best beaches, the bike path almost uniquely runs BEHIND this long- established small development rather than in front as is the case with almost every other condo on the Coconut Coast. All of Kapa'a town is within easy reach o foot or by bike ( Bikes provided). Breathe it in, relax and enjoy!
