Historic feel with modern conveniences! Our 1927 Bungalow has everything you need and is a 7 minute walk (through a beautiful neighborhood) from Historic Downtown Petaluma. Our town is centrally located - about a 30 minute drive to Sonoma, Point Reyes, Sebastopol and about a 45 minute drive to Napa and local beaches.
Our backyard is a perfect place for enjoying the outdoors in summer or a sunny winter day. We have an outdoor shower and hot tub in our completely private, enclosed backyard.
For guests staying 30 days or longer, no taxes will be required. For those staying under 30 days, our city requires a 10% tax be added.

It's a dead-end street with only 10 homes on the street. Very quiet yet so close to everything. 4 blocks to downtown shops, restaurants and bars through a historic and very safe neighborhood.

The home has everything you need because it's our primary residence. It's fully stocked and has many amenities that other rentals wouldn't have.
