Come and experience year-round fun in our condo! Spring and fall bring stunning foliage, ideal for leaf peeping and peaceful relaxation. Summer fun at Lake Winnipesaukee, where summer days are perfect for boating, fishing, and swimming. Enjoy nearby Skiing, snowmobiling, and ice fishing in the winter. Cozy up with a hot chocolate after a day of skating on the frozen lake.
The cozy studio suite is located in the heart of the Lake's region. It is across the street from Paugus Bay, which is on Lake Winnipesauke in Laconia, NH. The studio has a courtyard view, balcony, and no street noise. King Bed and full-size Murphy.
Centrally located near restaurants and shops. Short drive to Gunstock Ski Resort, Weirs Beach, Bank of NH Pavilion, downtown Meredith, Laconia Bike week, and near The Margate. This is the perfect getaway during ANY season.
The space comes complete with essentials and is ready for you to arrive and unwind! There is space for your boat, car, truck, motorcycle or trailer in the parking lot.
Important to Note:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID/ Associate Link required upon check-in
- The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
- The seasonal pool is only open Memorial Day-Labor Day
