Needs renovation

Shower has no water pressure. Mind your head around the stairwell. Hole in the floor of the upstairs balcony. Upstairs door does not properly lock. The place is really cute, has great location and tons of potential, but it needs some appropriate repairs. If these issues are remedied, I would highly recommend this place to others.

Pros & Cons to staying here

PROs: - The location is good. Close to most things. Felt safe.- The bedroom is a good size. Can sleep 4 adults, if you share the bed & pull-out couch.- A/C kept us cool.CONs:- Communication - The booking confirmation & every email I got stated a 3pm check-in. The evening before, I got a message telling me I can check in at 4pm and that they needed to know when we would be there. Well... 3:00, that's when. I messaged them back in the app. Did not receive a reply. I texted the phone contact number & included screenshots of the 3pm arrival time. Did not receive a reply. I called the number listed in the app. There was no answer and I left a message with my phone number. Did not receive a reply. - Water pressure - Another person commented on the water pressure in another review. The owner's reply said they should have contacted them because they would have corrected the issue. That's weird, because the water pressure was still incredibly low. (The hole in the upstairs deck is still there too)- Parking - It appears good, but there's something they don't tell you. You may share the driveway and street spaces with guests in TWO other houses on the same lot. That should be part of the listing, otherwise it is deceptive to show a picture of a driveway. We had to move our vehicle to let a guest out, which wasn't a big deal, but when we were trying to leave waking up the guests behind us proved to be difficult.- This house is not for the elderly or very young children.

I ended up getting a refund and moving to a hotel. The air conditioner didn't work. The time floors were condensated from 89% humidity. There were 2 towels, one had scotch tape on it. The staircase is unsafe. Half of the lights are out. There's a giant hole in the floor of the balcony. Stair lights don't work. They're isn't ac washer like listed It took 5 hours to reach the host who is useless. I ended up calling VRBO. So you totally ruined an entire day of my 3 day vacation. You knew this place was in this condition and shame on your for renting without making the repairs from your last bad review. My life is frigging hell and my hubby took me to get away from it all and you treated me like crap. I pray this happens to you one day. You are disgusting and gross money grabbers and crooks. I hope your week is horrible!
