Discover this superb 2-bedroom gem in Hitchcock. This pleasant house features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 bathrooms with a hair dryer. The living room offers an additional space with a cozy sofa bed. With amenities like AC, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine, guests will feel right at home. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. Fully fenced private yard ideal for your children and fur babies! This is a quiet, established neighborhood with great neighbors. Fire pit available for use. Toddler bed available upon request.
We are about 20 minutes from beaches and the cruise ports. Houston and the bay area are about 30 minutes away. We have games, books and two televisions for entertainment.

Host was so great! The house was just as described, and provided a great space for my friends and I to enjoy together. Lots of things were also provided, including towels, bedding, refrigerator with an ice maker/water, and also access to streaming services :)

Such a great place to stay. We can down for a hunting test with our dogs & it was great to have room to spread out & relax between and after events. It’s also close enough to Galveston to explore a little - but it’s not in a congested area. The house was super clean and well maintained. So was the yard. The living room had comfortable seating with a smart tv that had any app you wanted. Good WiFi too. The kitchen was well-equipped. Plenty of dishes, good appliances, drip coffeemaker, and even a toaster oven. The bathroom had a good shower head and good water pressure. I don’t recall if this was mentioned but there is a hairdryer and shampoo.But the best reason to give 5 stars was the bed. A lot of rentals don’t have the most comfortable places to sleep but my bed was great - stable & firm without feeling hard. And with good fluffy pillows. I saw a review where someone questioned the neighborhood. I had no problems with it. The neighbors were nice & there weren’t any dogs barking at all hours (unlike my neighborhood). It’s just an older neighborhood in a rural/seaside adjacent area. And again, the house is super well maintained. One major thing to recommend it is that it’s a roughly 7 minute drive to Bayou Bistro - the nicest servers and best onion rings. There were two other places to eat right there too that I’ll try on the next trip. It’s also not far from an HEB and a Food Lion. I will definitely try to book again the next time I’m in the area. Tracey‘s great!

Cute cottage, easy to find location. The house was extremely clean, and host was great in communication. Our stay was very short, but it was a good spot to recharge for a long trip home.

Pistachio House

Cute little place nestled away from the city, but still close enough to get to places. Close to Galveston pier, Lagoon fest (highly recommend this fun place) and shopping. Tracey was super responsive. Every thing you need is provided. Very dog friendly place.
