The space

Welcome to 'Rx: Bear Camp Retreat!'

This charming cottage has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, including a beautiful master suite on the first floor.

It features both front and back porches, perfect for enjoying the Florida outdoor lifestyle. The front porch, shaded by trees, is a peaceful spot to relax and have a cup of coffee. The screened-in back porch is perfect for enjoying evenings without being bothered by bugs.

As you enter through double doors, you'll find a spacious family room that's great for unwinding after a day at the beach. The home has an open-concept floor plan, so the family room flows effortlessly into the dining area and kitchen, making it perfect for entertaining or spending quality time with family. Natural light fills the space, highlighting the lovely hardwood floors.

The kitchen is well-equipped with high-quality stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Just past the kitchen is a cozy living space with a Twin bed and a twin trundle, a dedicated desk/office space, plus the washer and dryer! At the back, the screened porch provides a quiet place for relaxation and entertaining, with plenty of cozy seating. Step out from the porch to the lovely backyard, featuring a BBQ grill, outdoor shower, and plenty of space to hang out or play!

The first floor also features the master bedroom, complete with a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with double vanities and a glass shower.

On the second floor, you'll discover an additional sitting/reading area, three guest bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The first of these three is a Queen bedroom with a Twin daybed, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. There is also another Queen bedroom, and a bunk room with a set of Full-over-Full bunks and a Twin trundle, both sharing a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

This home is perfect for creating unforgettable family memories!

Guests are just a few houses down from the Dragonfly pool and will have access to the amenities of the WaterColor Community, including 9 other pools, Camp WaterColor, and The Beach Club! Despite its prime location, the home remains private and peaceful, providing the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility.

This house comes with a maximum of 12 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even though there may be sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

Guest access

The WaterColor community is so desirable due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community.

The WaterColor Dragonfly pool is just a short walk from the home, making it a dream to not have to worry about parking! Camp WaterColor is about a 2 minute LSV/golf cart ride. The WaterColor Beach Club is about a 5 minute LSV/golf cart ride from the home.

The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!

Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.

Other things to note
-Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.
-In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration.
-**Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.
-Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-The LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
